Mediana.

I have considered the benefits that my son/daughter will get from this intervention program, and I fully entrust the welfare of my child provided that due care and precaution will be observed to ensure his/her safety. Rest assured that I won’t let his/her Club Adviser and other DepEd personnel be held liable for any untoward incident that may happen beyond their control during the span of the intervention.
