-Was given to Robert & Ruby St. Pierre
-Don Castonguay, truck
-Forestry Truck was taken to Bailey’s, the frame is rusted and no good. Don found a used truck with 62k miles for $25,800.00. Town will need a special Town Meeting and post to the public for the meeting, also cap the amount off at $30k. Reach out to Phil Saucier and ask about voting since two selectmen will need to abstain since they are on the fire department and as of recent the Town has only had 4 active selectmen.
-Liquor Permit for Wedding at Boothby’s Orchard on 08/03/24
-Motion to accept, Brett 1st, Mark 2nd, 3/0 Jeremy abstained
-Brush Disposal, Large Demo Debris and use of Backhoe at the Transfer Station
-Look for locations to direct the residents if they have a large demo and need to dispose of it (contractors). Reach out to Auburn and Norway for brush disposal. Reach out to Waste to Energy facility in Auburn for demo. As far as the use of backhoe at the Transfer Station, pre call Juanita for heavy stuff and make sure it was put into the appropriate place by the end of the day.
