So far our story (decided in last f2f) is that
v4 will be released with one or a set of compatible bases. Review pros-cons. We'll
inevitably get this question again a the EPICS meeting. Want us on the same page, with
a clear and solid answer. Preferably with a deadline. 
* Towards closer integration of IOC base and pvAccess.
Device support or new link type 
Towards full replacement of RSRV. "Writing a new database routine for each record to support PVAccess." (BD, need more info)
* Status of AIs from APS working group meeting.

Update your module to include copy of that one LICENSE. Update your headers to contain the header text.

On your module pages, remove the current/previous links; replace “Working Draft” with version number of module, which has its own numbering scheme, like 5.0.2 for pvDataCPP. Eg “Version 5.0.2 18/Nov/2015”

Simplify Literature page and home page to help users find novice oriented documentation.
Commit changes to all modules, other than exampleCPP and pvDatabaseCPP, which set the shared library versions
