BE ACTIVE!!!!!!

I wanted to check in and say “Hi!”

 I miss you all very much!  I hope things are going well for you and you are staying active. I want you to be happy and healthy. Here are a few suggestions for you:

  1.   Make your own hopscotch game.
  2.   Build an obstacle course.
  3.   Have a friendly competition with a family   member doing any of our fitness activities ex.    Sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, etc.
  4.    Ride a bike
  5.    Tie shoes
  6.    Skip, run, gallop, grapevine, or slide around         the house.
  7.    Dribble a ball, play catch.
  8. Plan a healthy meal.
  9.     Volley a balloon or a ball.
  10. Simply get up and move!
