BE ACTIVE!!!!!!
I wanted to check in and say “Hi!”
I miss you all very much! I hope things are going well for you and you are staying active. I want you to be happy and healthy. Here are a few suggestions for you:
- Make your own hopscotch game.
- Build an obstacle course.
- Have a friendly competition with a family member doing any of our fitness activities ex. Sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks, etc.
- Ride a bike
- Tie shoes
- Skip, run, gallop, grapevine, or slide around the house.
- Dribble a ball, play catch.
- Plan a healthy meal.
- Volley a balloon or a ball.
- Simply get up and move!
