1. Plumes will be issued at West Johnston after you have finished getting dressed.

2. All cases are to be left at the truck.

3. This year's show shirts are required to be worn at all times. Students will have the opportunity to eat/go to the bathroom upon arrival at West Johnston. We might be able to watch a few bands before we perform. It is very important to eat breakfast before you arrive for practice and that you BAG A LUNCH. We won’t have a chance to eat when we arrive at West. BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH!

4. AS ALWAYS, good behavior is ALWAYS important. I expect you to behave professionally, and remain respectful while watching the other bands performing.

5. We should arrive back at Panther Creek approximately 11:45pm. All students will be needed to unload uniforms and equipment. I will dismiss you at the end of the night.

6. Parents should not park in the drop off circle so that the equipment trucks and buses may pull up to the school. Please help us unload the trailer and truck. Your child will not be dismissed until after all equipment has been put away and our rooms clean.
