Project Design Form

Students completed a fourth or less of the design form. Students did not demonstrate a clear process of planning and preparation for the design of the project.

Students completed about half of the design form. Student attempted to demonstrate a clear process of planning and preparation for the design of the project.

Students completed most of the design form but a couple of elements are missing. Students were able to practice some of the process of planning and preparation for the design of the project.
