Establishing shot of the castle, cutting zoom in to a window, cuts to a room with low key lighting, single light shining onto table, pedding shot down onto girl on table, close up of old rusty tools on a tray messed up covered in blood, pan onto girl's hand with dripping blood onto floor. Tracking shots of two detectives entering the hospital. Enter cautiously through big heavy doors.

Bulkhead doors clang as Harry and Ben enter [Match on action coming through the door, MLS]. Ben looks to Harry confused and concerned. They split up and search different ways.  Cut to flashback [close up of gloved hands carefully selecting a rusty tool. Harry carefully navigates small dark corridors [big close up of a step in a puddle with ripples] he takes of his hat holding it tightly to his chest as he peers around walls [shot reverse shot with other end of corridor, flashback to girl running down same corridor panicked]. Harry walks down the corridor placing his hat back on. Cut to Ben looking up through grate [low angle shot, flashback to high angle down through grate, girl is being chased by doctor].

Harry accidently steps a smashed lantern on the floor, leans down to inspect it [Flashback to doctor struggling with the girl retching her and accidentally smashing a lantern close up of lantern on floor with smashed glass] Harry inspects the evidence, sees blood on the glass. [POV] Ben running hurriedly to the scene. Shot reverse shot as he sees Harry, facial expressions of shock they both stand up a walk to a dark staircase, creeping down to a dimly lit room, [flashback to loud scream and doctor stabbing girl in gut on a table held down with leather belts]. Long shot of detectives waiting outside the room, shallow focus on room, detectives turn and inspect the room expecting a killer, room is empty, no body, [cut to titles].
