Below are the names & emails for the representatives and permanent missions of 14 Member States (countries/governments) of the UN Security Council. They serve not in their individual capacity but rather as Member States entrusted to act on behalf of all countries on issues pertaining to peace and security - including taking measures to impose binding actions for ongoing or past violations of international law. The US has not been included in this list as this action is directed at all the other States.
Â
The list is followed by a sample text pertaining to the draft resolution of the 10 elected Members of the Security Council, regarding the lifting of restrictions on humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip. The US is currently trying to prevent the draft text from being presented for a vote. It is our job to ensure that the other Members of the Security Council know that we, the people, support this effort in our masses, and that we urge them to follow through with presenting the resolution for a vote.
You can copy, paste and edit if you like. Try to keep it short and change up the subject a bit so as to avoid being filtered out (with wording that remains formal/harder to ignore for these processes).

LETTER BELOW
Dear Ambassador [NAME OF AMBASSADOR],
I urge you to proceed with a vote on the draft text being proposed to impose an end to the forced starvation, total blockade and continued attacks on civilians and critical infrastructure in the occupied Gaza Strip, Palestine.
Â
There is no reason for delay. Starving a population is not up for negotiation. Imposing a total blockade is not up for negotiation. Collective punishment is not up for negotiation. Halting attacks on a civilian population and critical infrastructure is not up for negotiation.
I urge you to place the draft resolution of the elected 10 Members of the Council up for a vote, without diluting the text and without delay. It is the morally and legally coherent thing to do.
The premise that engaging the correct multilateral framework, which exists for this very moment and which confers upon you and all Member States the responsibility to do so, will in some way sabotage negotiations that are taking place outside of this framework is neither true nor at all relevant to your moral and legal responsibilities. Any delay or withdrawal of drafts with the excuse of giving time to parallel monopolized negotiations - under the auspices of a State that is not neutral in the matter but rather supplies in large part the weapons being used for these war crimes and shields the perpetrators from any accountability - is exactly how we have ended up where we are today, with an entire population besieged, under attack and at risk of famine.
I urge you to proceed and do your part. Even if the accomplice Member State vetoes, it will be clear to the world that your government has risen to the responsibility the global community bestows upon each and every Member of the Security Council.
Kind Regards,
[YOUR FIRST NAME]
