MR KELLOGG IS HAVING HIS PORTRAIT DONE BY A PAINTER FROM LONDON
London, 17 April. – According to some information from the New-York Herald, Mr. Kellogg, former American Secretary of State, is spending five hours a day, during his stay in London, sitting for his portrait [5920], destined for the State Department in Washington.
The artist Philip Alexius László de Lombos is in charge of it.
