Method:
1. Light the single black candle.
2. 3- 5 Minute Preparation, Set Space, Meditation on Intention.
3. While meditating on intention, light Frankincense Incense, or ground frankincense resin, allowing the incense to begin to cleanse or purge the addiction.
4. Charge Coffin Box. Intention should lean towards it being the container of the energy, for it to be strong and hold it in.
5. With the dip pen and Dragon’s Blood Ink, write out words characterizing the addiction, and what you wish to be rid of, on the parchment, stating your intention and being clear in your purpose. Lean towards the idea of pushing the addiction away or ridding oneself of it. Put the energy of your addiction into the paper.
6. Fold the parchment away from yourself up to 9 times if possible.
7. Place the parchment inside the coffin box.
8. Take the tobacco in hand. Meditate on your relationship with it, focusing on letting this connection go and dissolve. Charge the tobacco with your intention to break this connection and charge it with your desire for and addiction to it.
9. Place the tobacco in the coffin box.
10. Clean off a fingertip with an alcohol swab and then using the lancet, prick that finger.
11. Place 9 drops of blood into the coffin box.
12. Place small portions of each herb; Angelica, Chamomile, Lavender, Sassafras and St John’s Wart; into the coffin box, focusing on the meaning of each herb, putting intention and energy into their use. Focus on them acting on the representation and energy of your addiction that you placed within the box.
13. Place at least one stone each of Onyx, Tiger’s Eye, Obsidian Mahogany and Carnelian, into the coffin box. Focus on the meaning of each stone, putting intention and energy into their use. Allow them to act on the representation and energy of my addiction.
14. Place 9 drops each of the Radiant Health Oil and Crown of Triumph Oil into the coffin box, focusing on the intention and purpose you have for the oils. Allow these oils to act on the representation and energy of addiction.
15. Take some snakes shed in hand. Focus on the idea of shedding this bad habit or addiction like a snake, and letting new skin take its place.
16. Place the snake shed in the coffin box.
17. Focus on the energy in the box, and on the box being the container.
18. As you meditate on this, put the lid on the coffin box, again focusing on containment.
19. Take a length of chain or string and tie the coffin box closed in every direction.
20. Take the coffin box outside.
21. Using the shovel, dig a hole a fitting depth into the ground.
22. Meditate on your intention, on what you want to happen, on letting go of this habit. Letting go of the energy in the coffin box.
23. Place the coffin box into the hole, as you focus on this.
24. Continuing to meditate on the idea that you are burying this bad habit, cover the coffin box with dirt.
