Many people don't know what they want to do with their career.but I've known for a long time what I wanted to do . I want to be an A&R manager.Many people do not know what  a A&R manager is but today I'm going to tell you. A A&R manager is responsible for signing artist and figuring out what they're going to put on the record label.They have to be very good businessman and still have an ear for music and you cannot just only love music but you also have to know what you're looking for. Like what people love to listen to and what people don't like .Usually an A&R manager has to go to a musical college Like North Texas. Somewhere that you can get a master in music,but some can get hired and not go to a college. A A&R  manager usually  makes about 45,000 to 140,000 depending on where you work at. if you work at a low end studio you will make less money,and if you work at a high end studio you will make more money.
