Chart Chaser position description:

Observes the charts that are scheduled to have an annual meeting.

Opens each of the company websites on the Firefox browser.

There are six meetings scheduled for today, January 16, 2026.

For this example, we will have a meeting for Acuity. The chart should be opened in tradingview. Search “AYI” in the symbol search bar.

Click on the ellipse (3 dots) next to the name of the company and (NYSE/NASDAQ) to find the Security information.

Click on the website and check the footer for investor relations. You can look further into each company, but this would be a Research position.

Next is checking the Forecast for the chart to draw horizontal lines on the chart.

Click on the + circle next to the Y-Axis of the graph.

This button will draw a line horizontally at the price your cursor is.

There will be a Horizontal line in the Object Tree.

Now check the of the chart by selecting ellipse (...) Metrics > Forecast.

Clone the Horizontal lines and change the Name and Coordinates (Price) to the prices shown in the Forecast. You can create templates for different lines. You change the color and add text for the price targets.

You can group the forecast lines using the folder icon.

And then lock the price lines using the Lock icon.

Add the Favorite Drawing Tools Toolbar by clicking on the Star icon on the lower left corner. You can add the icons shown here.

From left to right: Trend line, Arrow Mark Up, Arrow Mark Down, Vertical Line, Horizontal Line, Note, and Demonstration.

Select the [1Y] 1 year in 1 day intervals icon.

Your chart should now have the forecast price lines in the graph.

You can click on the Auto fit [A] icon for the graph to change the Y-Axis.

Make sure you save your data and changes to your chart by clicking the save icon. This saves your layout. You can also use the shortcut Ctrl + S.

Next, we are going to add the Indicators to the chart.

Search for Accumulation/Distribution and Money Flow Index.

The chart will add these indicators to the second panel.

Next, click on the [1D] 1 day in 1 minute intervals.

Click on the Compare or Add Symbol near the top left of the chart.

Add the same symbol “AYI” and click on Same % scale.

Click on the corner settings gear and select Regular graph.

Click on the Settings for the second symbol line.

Change the Price source and select High and click Ok.

The Chart chaser is now looking at this “AYI” Acuity Inc. chart at 1D in 1m interval. Your chart should have two panels. The bottom panel with the Accumulation/Distribution and MFI (Money Flow Index) indicators.

 You can add these indicators to your favorites. The other indicator you should add to your favorite list is Volume. These are all TradingView’s built-in indicators.

Next open a new tab to add the symbols to the Chart Chaser Spreadsheet.

Chart Chaser Spreadsheet

Add the symbols for each company that has scheduled the annual meeting for this day on the Sort 20 spreadsheet tab. Then add the Exchange for the listed company. NYSE, NASDAQ or OTCMKTS (Over the counter, out of the country).

You can find the stock symbol in the company website> Investor Relations > Stock information. You can also use the NYSE website.

Check the High 52-W for the symbol “AYI” and add the price to the chart in TradingView using a Horizontal Line for the price shown in cell K9.

Name the template Alert 52W High and then create a new alert.

Create a new alert by clicking the Clock icon on the right of the chart and clicking on the + Create Alert. The shortcut is Alt + A.

The alert Condition should be at the Price for the 52W High Price and Crossing the value in this case for “AYI” 380.17 Trigger Every time.

You can customize the Alert message and Notifications.

You can use the settings shown for the Notifications.

Your alert is now active for this chart and the Chart Chaser position could customize alerts after each chart.

Next, duplicate the spreadsheet SORT 20 for the month. Organize the spreadsheets each month. Prioritize the charts that are on the company calendar.

If you are chasing more than 20 charts for this month, you will need to use a different GRID. You can use the 30 or 50 GRID.

The Researcher position will be using the GRID for sectors. Use GRIT as an example.
