Dear Lord Leverhulme.

I have just received your letter of the 26th inst.[1] for which many thanks.

I regret you were away from London this last week, but the exhibition will be open until July 26th.,[2] and I would be glad to have the opportunity to visit same with you.

I am anxious to see the reproduction of your portrait [6043]. I hope it will be a success.

Enclosed I am sending you a letter from the Chairman of the Walker Art Gallery.[3] It may interest you to read it, and may I ask you kindly to return same.
