The Foundations of Taichi Wu’s Style (English Session)

The purpose of this session is to promote practicing Taichi for health benefits to the English-speaking community.

In this class, members will learn the foundational principles and movements of Taichi such as posture, breathing, visions and mind-set.

The class is in two parts:

  1.  The eight methods (energy) of Taichi
  2.  A13-form based on the mixed form of Wu and Yang Style Taichi is introduced.

Members  will benefit in the  improvement of strength, balance, and flexibility through practicing relaxation of both body and mind.

Prerequisite: The class is for members of all levels and all ages.
