Buffalo Chicken Dip
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 chicken breast, poached and shredded or finely chopped
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (Frank’s Red Hot)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients, reserving a little shredded cheese for the top. Pour into ungreased pan and top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. If desired,
serve with chips, crackers, celery or carrots.
