• Oranganizer and co-leader in partnership with DePaul University, Bosch, Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago Public Libraries, City of Chicago, Northwestern University, University of Chicago Hospital to design, create and distribute PPE to Illinois first responders and residents for free.
• Designed and created the Solin Flatpack Faceshield solinfaceshield.com, a flatpack, single-material face shield that was mass-manufactured and donated to those that need it. Featured on WGN News, in the Chicago Tribune, NPR, and other major publications. Produced 8000 Verision 8 shields, and 80,000 Verion 9 shields. 35,000 directly donated to Project C.U.R.E.

Visiting Lecturer -  University of Illinois at Chicago, Chicago, IL 2013 - 2018

• Articulation between UIC and Lane Tech to give students the opportunity to take a college programming course in HS and earn legitimate transferable credit.

Computer Science, Engineering and Mathematics Instructor -  Northside College Preparatory High School, Chicago, IL 2002 - 2013

• Dual-Certification and endorsements in Computer Science and Mathematics
• Taught the only college-level computer architecture course in the Chicago Public School system.
• Wrote new curriculum for Chicago Public Schools to implement Logic and Hardware Design course as well as two new three-course sequences for honors and AP Computer Science programs.
• Spearheaded and then arranged funding and integration of 70+ tablet PCs, one for each teacher
• Co-wrote successful grants totaling more than $1M through both PAVE and the NSF
• Member of Curriculum Development Team on $1.2M NSF grant to develop, conduct professional development for, and rollout the Taste of Computing course in CPS high schools.

• Designed and implemented live feed from Bridge into alerts platform.

• Created Java "triggers", as well as servlets and java beans that extended alerts package
