UI/UX Designer

We, Interexy, specialize in mobile application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Game, Health, Social Media, etc.

Our team is actively growing and now we are looking for a fellow UI/UX Designer. We introduce you as a passionate designer, technically savvy, with creative skills, able to prioritize your work independently, and keep your deadlines.

What you'll need to do:

  • creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback;
  • identifying and solving UX problems;
  • working with user scenarios & user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups;
  • translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces;
  • working as a part of a united team, constantly in touch with business analysts, managers, development team, and a client throughout the whole design process.

What's important to us:

  • Have at least 3 years+ of commercial experience as a UI/UX designer (priority to experience in outsourcing companies, design studios or agencies);
  • Strong portfolio of related projects;
  • Experience in creating projects from scratch and also сonfidence in building end-to-end design processes, from collecting product requirements internally and from end-users, to prototyping;
  • Understand the basic principles of UI and UX design when creating mobile apps, web apps and websites. Keeping up with trends and news in design; ;
  • Professional knowledge of tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator);
  • Understanding the principles of and using HIG and Material Design in projects;
  • English - B2+ (be ready to be interviewed in English);
  • Personal qualities: proactivity, responsibility for work and ability to take responsibility for your decisions, initiative, like to work in a team, follow deadlines, accuracy and consistency
  • Understanding of Agile process principles will be a huge plus;
