We, manage and preserve recorded information for use by university staff, faculty, students visiting researchers, and members of the general public. Our work supports an understanding of past, present and future while balancing the roles, rights, and responsibilities of all those affected by the recorded information in our care.

• To protect and preserve scientifically all records of KUIS.
• To provide access to non-current and non-confidential records of KUIS to researchers, students, and scholars to enhance their knowledge.
• To assist and training to protect the valuable records of KUIS.

So who want to present about the organizational chart?

Organisation chart:

Yes, Me. So for archive organizational structure, at the top we will have Arham Naim as our head of department and we have Izlen and Shazwani as senior archivists, Wardina as preservator and Hawa as conservator.

For the roles, the Head of Department will provide direction, plan and implement, and monitor overall organisation while senior archivists will demonstrate leadership within the team, prepare and organise training.

Next , Preservator will keep the records safe while the conservators will be in charge of physical repairs and implement preventive measures. Thats all from me, so wardina can you proceed with the logo and description?
