315° for 1 hour 10 minutes

Wet ingredients: First mix 1-2, then 3-8, then add 1-2 to 3-8 and mix throughly.

Dry ingredients: First mix 9-12, then 13-15, then add 13-15 to 9-12 and mix throughly.

Add Dry to Wet. When mixed, add 16.

1) If bananas aren't ripe bake them for 1 hr. at 300°

2) Use equal parts of cashews, sunflower seeds, and almonds. I use raw or roasted, depending on what is cheapest. I add 1/4 cup of oil per 3 lbs of nuts when I'm making nut butter. I use Costco almonds, and Natural Grocer's raw sunflower seeds and raw cashew pieces. I premixed before making into butter. I make the butter with a Champion juicer. I use a Hobart mixer for the Wet & Dry ingredients, but a Kitchenaid would work.

3) Flax and water are used as an egg substitute

4) Add raisins if desired

5) I make applesauce from 1 apple and 3/4 cup H2O for 4 loaf batch.

6) 12 tablespoons = 3/4 cup
