1. Fall Fundraiser:

1. Put poll online: Our community voted and Red Wheel Pies won.

1. The results were: Red Wheel Pies 47.1%, A tangible Item to sell 23.5%, Big Kahuna 11.8%, Nothing to sell,but I will donate 11.8%, Other 5.8%.

2. Red Wheel has scheduled our sale dates for October 7th-23rd. The pick up date will be November 12th. Red Wheel no longer has a pie only catalog, but sent us an updated catalog and profit list.

2. T-Shirts Quotes: Have requested quotes from Bro Cro and Electra Specialty.

1. Bro Cro Creative gave us quotes for multiple different shirt types and color printing options. They start at $5.98 for basic shirts with 1 color printing and go up to $9.78 with Bella canvas and 3 color printing.
2. Electra Specialty quoted us $10 per shirt as long as they are single colored shirts and not tie-dye.

4. New Business:

1. Playground Equipment. Could we start a fundraiser for new playground equipment? Some suggestions are a swing set and a gaga ball pit. A commercial 4 person swing set was found for $2399, but there are options that go up to $30,000 and beyond! The Gaga ball pits are between $1645 for an 8-12 child capacity pit to $2715 for 30+ kids. An outdoor art center would cost $3962, but would provide something else for the kids to play with on the second playground.
