THE FINAL DEADLINE FOR SENIOR ADS IS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2025. THIS INCLUDES SUBMITTING PHOTOS, SUBMITTING TEXT, AND PAYING FOR THE AD IN FULL.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY!

• Seniors' full names will appear in all senior ads. We will NOT use nicknames for this part.
• All photos must be submitted as HIGH RESOLUTION images. DO NOT SEND scrapbook photos, photos that have been scanned and reprinted, photos printed on regular paper, or one-of-a-kind/family heirloom/irreplaceable photos. WE CANNOT IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR PHOTO! IF THE ORIGINAL IS GRAINY OR IN BAD SHAPE, THE SCAN WILL BE TOO! You MAY NOT use professional (Olan Mills, Smith's Studio, BPI, etc.) photos without WRITTEN consent from the photographer. If consent is not given and provided to us, the photo will not be used! There are no picture minimums. To submit your chosen photos digitally, please send them via email to jbell@bleckleyschools.org with your senior's name as the subject or through the use of a flash drive turned in at the high school front office in an envelope that says "Care of Mrs. Jessica Bell" and has your senior's name printed on it. Printed photos must also be turned in at the high school front office in an envelope that says "Care of Mrs. Jessica Bell" and has your senior's name printed on it.
• Any physical materials given to Scepter Staff for the designing purposes of Senior Ads may be picked up beginning Monday, April 13, 2026 after the yearbook has been submitted to the publishers in full. Do not expect any materials to be returned to you until this date. We keep the materials until the full yearbook has been submitted so that we may still access them in case of any errors that may need to be corrected prior to submission. Do not give us materials that you will need back for something else prior to this date!
• Font will be chosen by staff to follow the selected theme of the book.
• All text must be submitted in TYPED format to avoid miscommunication.
• No senior may have more than 2 senior ads and space may not exceed 1 page total. This form must be filled out for each individual ad purchased.
• We will provide an AD PROOF to you after we receive your photos, text, and the ad has been paid-in-full. These will be provided digitally via email so please be sure to use an email that you check frequently. Please also include a phone number you can be reached at easily in case we need to contact you regarding swapping out photos due to photo quality or wording of text.
• Purchasing a Senior Ad DOES NOT guarantee that your student has purchased a yearbook. This is a separate purchase. Yearbooks will be delivered to students during the month of May 2026.
• I understand that the Scepter yearbook is created, designed, edited, published, and distributed by students for students. I understand that students on the yearbook staff may contact me regarding my ad proof to gain my approval or make any necessary changes.
