Setting Up Cloud Printing for your Home Printers

  1. Download and Install Chrome on your home computer
  2. Place http://limashawnee.com in the URL section of the Chrome Browser
  3. Locate the apps portal from the quick links at the bottom of the page or go to this link:  http://limashawnee.com/CurriculumInstruction/eLearningTechnology/AppsPortal

  1. Sign in as your apps account from Shawnee Jeff@apps.limashawnee.com Network Username.

  1. Click on the three bars in the right hand corner of the Chrome Browser: Choose “Settings”

  1. Scroll down and Click on “Show  advanced settings...”

  1. Scroll down to Google Cloud Print and click on “Add printers”:

  1. Click on the blue button that states Add Printers

  1. Chrome will register your local printers-when it’s done it will state Thanks, you’re ready to go!

  1. You will see a list of all the printers that you have in Cloud Printing:

  1.   To print a document → Open the file and click on “File”   “Print”

  1.  To pick the printer from home click on “Change...”

  1.  Click on Show All... to see all your printers:
