Buzez preparation and participation
While technology helps to create a community of sport enthusiasts much easier and faster, people matter most to the Bizvil experience. In fact, it’s a two-way street between Buz creators and users. We created this Code of Practice so that everyone involved in services offered through Buzvil has a shared standard for respect, accountability, and common courtesy.
It is expected all the Buzvil members assure that they provide as accurate and informative details as possible regarding their created Buz. For example, provided facilities, detailed location, existing equipments and contact information should be provided. These will ensure that Buzez will be held as expected.
Users should also make sure they check the expected conditions before running the session or listing. In this case, checking the facility condition or weather forecast should be conducted.
It is also expected that users start and participate the Buzez at the exact time stated during creating the Buz.
It is both sides responsibility to check the aforementioned points before any Buzez.
Buzvil maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding all forms of discrimination, harassment or abuse.
It is unacceptable to refuse to provide or accept services based on a person’s race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law. This type of behavior can result in permanent loss of access to the Buzvil platform.
It is disrespectful to make derogatory remarks about a person or group. Furthermore, commenting on appearance, asking overly personal questions and making unwanted physical contact are all inappropriate. We encourage you be mindful of other users’ privacy and personal space. Violence of any kind will not be tolerated.
Calm and clear communication is the most effective way to defuse any disagreement that may arise between you and another Buzvil user. Buzvil expects that all members will treat one another with respect and courtesy.
The safety of the Buzvil users is of utmost concern. As a pro-member, it is your responsibility to conduct the session safely. And as a member, it is your responsibility to assure you select the most appropriate session and do required checks before participation.
Buz creators are responsible for running the listing or session. It is your responsibility to ensure everyone adheres to Buzvil’s Code of Conduct.
Violations of this Code of Conduct could result in loss of your Buzvil Account. Please report any violations to Buzvil. We want to hear your feedback so please alert us and we’ll take action.
If at any time you feel that you are faced with a situation that requires immediate emergency attention, please call the emergency service number in your area. Once all parties are safe and the situation has been handled by the authorities, please then notify Buzvil.
