Fume Event Reporting:  Using the Form Offline

For quick access to The Airline Fume Reporting Form and to allow it to be available offline (without an internet connection) on iPhone or iPad follow these steps;

• launch the Form by clicking the link Fume Event Reporting Form

            or scanning the QR code

• When the form has loaded, add it to your reading list by pressing the iOS sharing button.  
• add to reading list

• Open Safari (the browser) click the bookmark symbol and select from the reading list.

• If you wish to install a shortcut to the Form on your home screen use the “Add to Home Screen” button and save (the top right of screen)
