In short, there are 14 different endings

2 Normal endings, 5 different romance endings, 4 True Endings, 2 Sodom Endings, 1 Bad End, and 1 Happy End.

The first chart you encounter is about achieving the 5 romance endings. For each romance route (excluding Tennou) there are options you can choose to determine the top/bottom status at the end of the route (these are choices 4-8), so if you see two answers in a column that’s why.

For Himehara/Hiroshi, choose the left options in the chart, the right for Hiroshi/Himehara. The same goes for Hachiouji, the left has top Hachiouji, the right has top Hiroshi. Shimeno does not have any such options.

The only note for Shimeno’s is that for the two Sodom routes it’s best to save where the chart recommends since neither Sodom End can be achieved while on Himehara or Hachiouji’s route. Once you reach the point where it asks you to save, choose “Shigeru Takaura” to take with you.

When going for one of the Sodom routes, save where it says to save (in red) in Shimeno’s column and scroll down to the second chart. The right side of the chart simply explains what can be found in each of the rooms you are exploring and just additional notes in general. There’s only one choice that determines whether you get the regular Sodom Ending or the Sodom King Hiroshi Ending.

To achieve Normal Ending 1, Choose “Give up” instead of “Grab him” as your final choice.

In order to get any of the True endings, you must first have completed Normal End 2. Normal End 2 is achieved by going on the alpha (α) route. The alpha route is achieved by picking BOTH “Go towards the voice” AND “release Shimeno”. You must COMPLETE Normal End 2 in order to see any of the True ends. Note: although the culprit is slightly different, all of the scenes are pretty much the same in the alpha route so use the ctrl key to force skip past all of this if you don’t care.

Once you have completed the alpha route, you can now do the True Endings. In order to get any of the True Endings you must first get yourself on the alpha route and then select “I’m worried about the hallway.” Use the third chart to select choices that will net you one of the True Endings.

At least one True End must be completed before you can complete the Happy End. Once you’ve completed a True End, choosing “Ask him to release the bikini” when asked which hostage should be released will activate the Happy End (your first choice of the game doesn’t matter)
