Bylaws & Organizational Items
- Treasurer report.

- Steady progress at Quarry Park
- Madison Parks officially recognizes mountain biking as a legitimate use
- Pleasant view
- Bike area will be in the master plan that will be paid for by TIF(sp)
- Legally the golf management can advise but the property is managed by the forestry committee
- Finance Committee
- Patricia is working to organize a women’s work day and would like to buy T-shirts.
- General liability is currently $1500 might be around $2500 to cover events
- Mckay insurance might be a good alternative for event insurance
- CORP committees, organization & business management.
- Basecamp billing: Time to move things to Google for non-profit organizations?
- Yes, let's at least move documents over
- Look into moving communication over to gmail and/or forums
- Board restructuring update.

Membership
- Membership drive & membership tasks.
- Current membership is 239
- Curriculum for advocacy and youth programs. There is a trail building online class available, see WIlliam for details
- Outreach for youth and family membership.
- Nica teams are signed up to help at the BOCR
- West High has a raffle going on, good chance to maybe win a bike and talk to the coaches about IMBA
- CORP ambassadors.
- Opportunity to be an ambassador on april 23 through an event that Revolution Cycles is hosting

- Cyclocross absorption. Motion to re-adopt Badger Prairie trails and adopt the Northeast Greenway Trails as CX/beginner trails; Rob Lewis to be Trail Steward at NEG, Travis Braun at BP; Rob Lewis to chair Cyclocross Committee.

Tools and Equipment
- Quarry Park tool shed/box approval. Will make a motion to approve $900 for job box type storage. Need tools (minimal but some), need help with what that $ will be, maybe $500 (use the gift given to QP)
- We need to do the annual tool inventory at each location.
Committees
- Fat Bike Committee end-of-season de-briefing.
- Want to do an event next year for fat bikers
- Will stick with cheap laminate signs for the time being
Trail Adoption Plan
- Notes from Blue Moon bar volunteer meeting.
Potential Trail Updates
- Sun Prairie
- Searching for new properties
- Working with Parks for a small trail (1-2 Miles)
- Sauk Prairie Recreation Area
- Property manager has reached out to us about trail building possibilities
- Cross Plains
- Proposed land has interesting terrain possibilities
- Membership from the cross plains area has been notable
