- Standing Items
- Budget
- M. Leggott will continue to lobby for an increase to library fee, no other news about library budget.
- Non-space is different this year, our request is for funds to expand Learning Commons; all requests for staff computers were extracted from non-space to go to ITSS to be considered part of new "Evergreening" process (and as a result we may be switched to Windows computers in the future); M. Leggott sent email to D. Sanderson highlighting need to replace LINC computers and Black Commons printers (IT responded they will look at replacing the BCs this year).
- Discussion about teaching labs and problem with language lab booking taking a long time (TODO: M. Leggott to look into why the delays to get response to book);
- Discussion about Syrian students and Dells at Circ and a discussion with D. Sanderson as to how to refresh the fleet.
- Noted that we are down to about 35 Dell laptops circulating and that we should aim for batches of not less than 10 of any new model because of image maintenance for both Jerrad Gilbert and Circulation staff.

Leggott will have Facilities do a thorough cleaning of compst area; staff with health issues (e.g. mould or dust) can send requests for retrieval to other staff or M. Leggott.
