Pause breath smile is breathing in expanding your stomach out.

Mindfulness eating is where you eat slowly. first you smell it then you look at it  and see if you can spot anything new about it .then tap it see what it sounds like then take bite see what it tastes like is it sour or sweet. Then you can eat the rest of it.

Mindfulness calms you down because when you get angry or something you can realise what feeling it is and then you pause breathe smile in pause breath smile you breathe 3 times.
