-Mike Cote gave 2-week notice, will need to post to FB, Website & MMA for new hire of full-time driver.  Place AD for “Livermore Highway looking for class A or B drivers.  We offer Main Pers & Benefits.”

        -Motion to approve James Newcomb to be put up to $20.00 hr

        -Scott 1st, Jeremy 2nd, 4/0 (Brett abstained)
