  • I can’t recommend the app My Cookbook enough for both storing recipes and for meal-planning. You can use it through their app or through the website. It has been a lifesaver!!

  • If you don’t have a chest freezer, consider investing in one--even a small one!! I bulk prep and freeze my most commonly-used chopped vegetables (zoodles, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, onions, and even peeled garlic) and very often, having those veggies already chopped and ready to use makes the difference between me having the energy to make dinner versus giving up and getting pizza. I even bulk cook and freeze bacon (and bacon fat!) and keto cheddar bay biscuits!

  • ROAST ALL YOUR VEGGIES, INCLUDING ZOODLES. This is my favorite way to eat veggies! If you don’t like them, add a bit of bacon fat and/or balsamic vinegar or lemon juice. I even roast zoodles, cauliflower rice, and green beans!!
