Welcome to TopHire ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our platform, https://tophire.co ("platform"), and the services we provide, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review these terms carefully, as they govern your use of our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
By registering for and/or using the Service in any manner, You agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein (Terms & Conditions), which also incorporate TopHire’s Privacy Policy, and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published and/or amended from time to time by TopHire.
TopHire is a recruitment marketplace where candidates can sign up, and our team matches them with job opportunities from our clients, and conducts the hiring process. Our service involves:
3.2 Registration on the TopHire platform is a one-time process. If you have already registered, you must log in using the credentials provided during your initial registration. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted, and users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
3.3 TopHire reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse registration or cancel a username. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must ensure the confidentiality of your TopHire password. You must not use another user’s account without their explicit permission. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach, you must immediately notify TopHire in writing.
TopHire facilitates the connection between candidates and employers but does not guarantee that using our services will result in employment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our recruitment services at any time without notice.
Our internal tools are used exclusively by our team to provide the hiring services mentioned above. These tools are not sold or licensed to clients or users. The results and outcomes from using these internal tools, such as the identification of suitable candidates, are proprietary to TopHire.
6.1 Candidates agree to:
6.1.1 Provide accurate and truthful information regarding their skills, experience, and qualifications.
6.1.2 Not misrepresent their credentials or qualifications.
6.1.3 Comply with all applicable laws when using our services and applying for job opportunities.
6.2 Employers (clients) agree to:
6.2.1 Provide accurate information regarding job postings and the qualifications they are seeking in candidates.
6.2.2 Comply with all applicable laws when using our services and making hiring decisions.
6.2.3 Not discriminate based on race, gender, ethnicity, or nationality, or any other protected class in their hiring processes.
By registering on the TopHire platform and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive promotional and transactional communications (Call or SMS) related to the services offered by TopHire. These communications may come via third-party cloud telephony platforms. You acknowledge and consent to receiving these communications on the mobile number provided during registration.
8.1 TopHire provides recruitment services to its clients for a fee. These fees are agreed upon in advance through a separate written agreement with each client. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in the agreement with TopHire.
8.2 TopHire provides its services free of charge to candidates. They are not required to pay any fees for registering, applying to jobs, or using any of our recruitment services.
All content, including but not limited to the platform, our internal tools, logos, trademarks, and service marks, are the intellectual property of TopHire or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Both candidates and clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information they receive through TopHire. This includes, but is not limited to, candidate information, client job details, and any other proprietary tools or methods used by TopHire.
TopHire makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided through our services. We are not responsible for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.
TopHire reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes to these terms by posting the updated document on our platform. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
