“insomniac club“ fest

INTRO

throughout the month of july, we’re working with the author of the insomniac club to bring you a celebration of the book. our little “festival” will consist of two contests: one for writing and one for graphic design. below, i’ve broken up the two contests to provide details.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

because we’re not going to be finished with the book until mid-july, our graphic contest will come first. what we’re asking for is a square-shaped edit, such as a moodboard. you can submit your entries between july 2 and july 14.

ENTRIES

anyone can enter, whether they’re a member of ibc or not. i’m asking you to please submit entries through email to prevent plagiarism and for organization purposes. our email address is insomniacsofwattpad@gmail.com.

PRIZES

our first place prize will be a follow, your graphic as a post on our instagram, a shout-out on both instagram and wattpad, a review of your work, and bragging rights.

our second place prize will be your graphic as a 24-hour story on our instagram, a shout-out on both instagram and wattpad, a review of your work, and bragging rights.

WRITING

once we’ve officially finished the book, i’ll be opening a contest for writing, aka fanfictions of the insomniac club. please make sure your work is between 500 and 5,000 words. we will be accepting entries between july 17 and july 30.
