The Imperial Charter of Citadel Space

I.         Prelude

This treaty, signed by the Emperor,  Alexander Drakkon, on (DATE), outlines the relationship that will exist between the Draconian Imperium and the central province of Citadel.

The province of Citadel, and all of its constituent Houses, acknowledges, abides by, and will monitor & enforce the Tech Laws, Religious Conclave, and Kingsmoot subsections of the Draconian Imperial Constitution as it was written in mid-Glory, 4 Vermine, 71 AR. It also agrees to a taxation cycle, as outlined by the Council of Houses.

II.         Sponsor

The sponsoring house of this province is House Drakkon as signed by Alexander Drakkon, fifteenth Emperor of the Draconian Imperium.

III.        Definition

The province of Citadel represents the centralized heartlands of the Draconian Imperium and contains the core-worlds that make up the direct de-jure controlled worlds of the Empire. These worlds are designated as such to keep these worlds open and available for new houses to settle without the politics of a semi-autonomous province. Citadel space is considered protected by the Imperial Navy, and as a result war is strictly monitored within this zone.

Worlds that are designated as Core Worlds (by being within Citadel space) may not be removed without amendment of this charter.

IV.        Government

The government of Citadel space closely follows the leadership of the Imperium of Draco. The Emperor of the Draconian Imperium assumes leadership of this sector, however it may be designated to another house at the Throne’s discretion. The leadership of the sector is directly responsible for the enforcement of the laws of the Constitution and the Imperial Decrees. This government is designed to be efficient in the protection and continued growth of Houses that choose to remain within Core Imperial space.

V.        Relocation Aid

In the scenario that a House wishes to relocate into the province they are in they may petition the Imperial House for reimbursement of certain expenses to move their headquarters. Such reimbursements are approved at the discretion of the Imperial House and may not be reimbursed in full depending on circumstance.
