I have received your letter and am delighted that we are both of the same mind.

How much longer do you remain in Vienna? I will be in Pest, permanently, from 16th Dec. but perhaps we should not embark on the sittings before the Christmas holidays.

I was struck by the black edging^[1] I hope

Please let me know when you plan to come home for Christmas. I should like to pay you a visit, together with my son.

Kedves sorait vettem és igen örülök látni hogy egy véleményen vagyunk.

Meddig marad még Bécsben? Magam Dec. 16.ától Pesten leszek már állandóan, de talán ünnepek előtt ne kezdjük az ülést.

A gyászos kereten megütköztem, csak nincsen
