Beginning of the Year

Schedule…for teachers receiving Announced Observation (each item scheduled will generate an email to the teacher)

1. Instructions for Teacher Practices (under Teacher Practices section)
2. Instructions for Observations (under Teacher Practices section)
3. Evidence for Announced Observation ( This is where you schedule the Announced observation and also where you will gather your observation evidence)
4. Pre-Observation Conference (this is a form that the teacher will fill out prior to the pre-ob conference)
5. (possibly schedule)...... Post Observation Conference

By Mid-October…….

        Teachers will…..

• complete the Teacher Self-Review Score under Teacher Self Review section

• Evaluators can acknowledge the Self-Review if desired
• After the educator shared the Self Review with their evaluator, the summary tab will give you a good look at the teacher’s self review.  The self review is reflection for the educator and help them be informed for writing their PPG.
• Can be talked about in the Pre- or Post-Observation conference if desired.
• Evaluators do not need to complete any parts within the Self - Review area.

• Read Instructions for Teacher (educator) SLO and complete Evidence for SLO #1 (Self Scored) under Educator Effectiveness Plan (EEP): SLO

• Due to time, you will discuss the SLO during the  the Pre- and/or Post-Observation conference, depending on timing of these conferences.  You do not need to schedule an additional meeting within Teachscape.

• Read Instructions for Teacher (educator) PPG and complete Professional Practice Goal (PPG) #1 (Required) under Educator Effectiveness Plan (EEP): PPG

• Due to time, you will discuss the PPG during the  the Pre- and/or Post-Observation conference, depending on timing of these conferences.  You do not need to schedule an additional meeting within Teachscape.
