Image Data Collection and Usage

Folocard collects and uses users' image information for the following purposes:

Collection: We may collect image data from users for the purpose of customer backup using the CloudSync feature for Premium Users only. Also when a user registers, the public user profile picture is transmitted to our cloud Database.

Usage: The collected image data may be utilized for backup and retrieval only, and only by the customer. Registered users see their public profile pic in Folocard’s user profile when using single sign on (SSO).

Storage and Security: We employ reasonable security measures to protect users' image data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification.

Retention: Image data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

By using the Folocard application, you consent to the collection and usage of your image data as described in this privacy policy.
