Greetings boiling broilers! I was playing a "grinder" control mage against a Dragon Priest. He got out to an early lead and by turn 8 or 9, had a board that consisted of Confessor Paletress, an Icehowl, Foereaper, Chromaggus, and Wyrmrest Argent (some damaged), while I had a zombie chow and two boombots. I topdecked flamestrike, and with a couple of good booms, was able to clear all but the Icehowl. Next turn I played an Alexstraza to get from 9 health to 15, and after trading his icehowl into it, my Effigy gave me Mal-Ganis, which absorbed some further threats. We went back and forth and he eventually got me down to 6 health. I was able to heal back to 30 using Brann-Healbot, and later another healbot. He got me back down to 2 health. I YOLO'd my Ethereal Conjurer, picked an unstable portal, YOLO'd again, and lo and behold, Reno was staring me in the face. After I healed back to 30, it was his turn again, and he drew his last card. He played a Lightspawn and Inner fire, giving him a 10/10 on board. I topdecked my BGH, wished him a Happy Feast of Winterveil, and blew his brains out.
The game lasted 25 minutes and I thought I was dead at least 3 times. I've been playing since Naxxramus, and it was my favorite game I've played so far. Anyway, wanted to share it with the community. Keep on clucking.

I've been debating using a deck tracker. During the 6 months I have been playing reached rank 9 once and flirting with it again this season. When researching deck trackers it seems it's always some third party link and I don't feel like downloading malware . Also I was curious about your thoughts on trackers. Love the podcast and keep up the good work.

Hello Rambunctious Roosters!
Quick question: do you find that time of day matters when attempting to rank in ladder?
I wake up for 7am weekly calls for work, and obviously I'm not paying a ton of attention because I play Hearthstone during them. During these early morning hours, I am kicking ass and taking names - with meta-approved decks, of course. I usually climb at least a few ranks, no problem. But considering I'm emailing at 2am, occasionally I get restless and will go into ladder to wait out my insomnia. And holy hell, does it seem like Night Ladder is where Rank 5 dreams go to die. I dropped 3 ranks just now in games I'm still not sure how I lost. Has anyone else had this experience? Has anyone had the OPPOSITE experience? What gives? I'm curious to find out and hypothesize.
