You agree to pay the fee(s) for the Program as described on the Program webpage. Overdue amounts, including bounced payments or chargebacks, will incur a late payment charge at a monthly rate of 1.5% or the maximum rate provided by law, whichever is less. If a payment is late, charged back, or declined for any reason, you will no longer have access to the Program until the overdue payment is settled. The Real Estate Bae Agency reserves the right to recover expenses including collection costs and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in the collection of overdue amounts. You remain responsible for payment even if you choose not to utilize the Program.

### 4. **Refund Policy**

We offer a 2-day refund policy. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 2 days of your purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be honored.

### 5. **No Guarantees or Warranties**

The Real Estate Bae Agency makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcomes of using our services or participating in our Programs. All services and materials are provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties.

### 6. **Confidential & Proprietary Information and Intellectual Property**

To use our Programs, Products, Services, or Program Materials, we may seek personal data or information including your name, email address, phone number, street address, billing information, birthday, preferences, interests, assignments, or other personally-identifying information (“Confidential Information”), or you may offer or provide a comment, photo, image, video, or any other submission to us (“Other Information”). By providing such information, you grant us permission to use and store it. We will use our best efforts to keep your Confidential Information safe and secure.

All Confidential Information remains the property of the disclosing Party and must be returned or destroyed upon written request. Nothing herein grants any rights by license or otherwise regarding any idea or product. The confidentiality obligations continue for one year from the Effective Date.
