Policies and procedures:
Advance Notice: It is strongly recommended that you place your order request as early as possible. Every effort is made to accommodate our clients, however, advance notice ensures our ability to properly plan for your event.
Payment: Deposits are required to secure your date and the remaining balance will be due NO LATER THAN 7 business days prior to your event.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will be fully refunded (with the exception of the nonrefundable deposit) in 7-10 business days.
Place Setting: All dinnerware will be provided.
