Ideas:

1. Crew Leader database and UI for easy to enter User information, can do it manually or have the workers enter it via a tablet or other system. Future: card swiper/RFID card based system.

1. Each Farm Owner can own 1 to many Farms
2. Each Farm can have 1 to many Crew Leaders
3. Each Crew Leader can monitor 1 to many Farm workers

2. Farm Worker education on rights via training class for web service or app. This includes explaining the features that include anonymous complaints, and an emergency alert service.
3. OSHA the more anonymous the data, the reliable the data set will be. OSHA can get a better insight into farming conditions when looking at the Farm owner and even the Crew Leaders by taking out that bias and possibility of error with having detailed and open data of the farm workers. Mandatory OSHA run program of data collection that was reformatted from crew leaders and the workers. Take only important data, sum, average, and any red flags to highlight important data points and make it easy to compare. Should be filterable and and have daily access.
