Things I included in my Autism Binder that I brought to my neuropsychologist to be diagnosed with Autism.
{ I had to change some links from where I originally got my own stuff…. some of the websites expired. So it won’t look exactly like mine, but, I tried my best to find the best links I could with the most information.}
1- timeline- I included when I started to become aware that something was not working for me, names of doctors I went to, diagnoses I’ve received etc.
Put any previous medical history here if you want.
2- DSM5 diagnostic criteria for Autism (and ADHD in my case)
First link is to Autism- I had to change this link because the original link expired. Plus, this one goes into more detail and gives examples to get you thinking about what has happened previously and currently.

Second link is to ADHD- I also had to change this link since the original one expired. This one also goes into more detail and gives you examples like the one for autism.

3- Autism Symptoms in Girls… I used this to highlight and write down things in my childhood that I am aware that I experienced.
4- Aspie Quiz- I took the results of this quiz, printed them out, and wrote down personal things I do for each specific question it asked me.

5- Autism in Women Checklists:
I printed off these two checklists and highlighted everything that I experience as an adult.

Second Autism in Women Symptom Checklist
I didn’t include this is my own binder, but I found it and it speaks to me, so I’d love to share it if you’re wanting more info on this:
Also, I recently was made aware of the website and it’s really amazing. It has lots of screening questionnaires that would be good to include in a binder.
If you’re wanting to save this as a google doc, here is the link that should take you directly to google docs.
