LEFT COAST PICKLEBALL L.L.C.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Left Coast Pickleball LLC’s services, including but not limited to Coaching Clinics and Social Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the service after such updates will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
Participant Conduct and Compliance:
By purchasing a ticket and attending one of our events/services you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions regarding conduct during the event:
1. Compliance with Organizer Instructions
- As a participant, you agree to follow the advice, directions, and instructions of the event organizers, staff, and any designated representatives at all times during the event.
- This includes, but is not limited to, safety guidelines, logistical instructions, and any event-specific rules communicated before or during the event.
2. Safety and Behavior
- For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, you are required to conduct yourself in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner.
- Any behavior that disrupts the event, poses a risk to others, or violates these Terms of Service may result in your removal from the event without refund or compensation.
3. Non-Compliance
- If you fail to comply with the instructions or directions of event organizers or designated personnel, LCPP reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to removal from the event premises.
- Participants removed from the event for non-compliance will not be entitled to a refund or credit.
Payment and Fees:
For paid services, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information in advance. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Please refer to our refund policy. LCPP reserves the right to change the pricing for any service at any time.
Refund Policy:
Our coaching sessions and social events rely on having sufficient players on the court. If we don’t have enough players, the quality of the event is significantly diminished for all of the participants. So, while we understand that your plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility where possible, sufficient advance notice of any changes to your plans is imperative to our success. We need time to replace you, so that the experience is not diminished for others. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing your ticket to our pickleball events or coaching services.
Cancellations Made 7 Days Notice or More, Prior to the Event:
- If you wish to cancel your participation, you may do so up to 7 days prior to the event date. In such cases, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you will receive a credit equal to the value of your original ticket. This credit can be applied toward a future event hosted by LCPP.
- The credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and can be redeemed for any of our upcoming events.
Cancellations Made Within 7 days or less:
- Unfortunately, if you cancel your ticket on LESS than 7 days notice prior to the event, or if you do not attend the event, you will not be eligible for a refund or a credit.
- No exceptions will be made unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by LCPP. (see section below on event cancellations).

- Contact us at leftcoastpickleball@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to the event.
