INTRODUCTION
I am writing to you today to address a grave human rights abuse that is the most important of our time. I will go on to provide a huge amount of evidence as to why that is so. Please approach this issue with an open mind, as our future as free humanity depends upon it. The evidence includes credible whistleblowers from intelligence agencies, patents, studies, court cases (and wins), victim testimonies, scientific testing, leaked and de classified documents, large activist groups and so much more. I pray you will be able to see the point of view of mine and millions of other people that are affected by this horrendous crime in the UK and worldwide.
The issue that is the most serious of our time is the illegal use of remote electromagnetic mind control weapons on innocent members of the UK and public worldwide, by intelligence agencies, private security services, corporations and other rogue groups. These weapons are being used primarily as a system of government control on the general public. They are also being used for testing and control purposes to test the weapons efficiency on certain innocent civilians, aka targeted individuals. What’s worse is that these crimes are not being stopped and every year numbers of victims increase significantly. Often the target has done nothing more than speak out about corruption, but many times they are chosen at random (see the goals of the targeted individual programme on page 7).

WHO AM I AND WHAT IS THE SITUATION?
I am a Life Coach from Leeds and I am a strong advocate of local and worldwide change. I have fought for a better world and community both through social media and through promoting activism in Leeds for many years now.
However, I became aware of an issue that is very important. I have become aware of a manipulation that people around the globe call electronic harassment through remote electromagnetic weapons. This affects many people around the globe in devastating ways and ruins their life as outlined in greater detail in this document.
Electronic harassment is a form of terrorism and needs to be addressed in such a manner. In essence, is the use of modern-day computer programmes, microwave transmitters and satellites to send various electromagnetic frequencies that are used to exert control upon individuals and break them down using electronic torture methods. All done remotely! It can also be used to tamper with an individual’s, or group’s electronics such as their computer, phone and so forth by monitoring, disrupting and aiming to control every aspect of an individual’s life. The basis of electronic harassment is surveillance through remote neural monitoring using satellite/ radar. Then once they have tracked an individual using satellite/ radar they can then electronically control, torture and harass them using microwave/ EMF weapons.
At first mention the above sounds far-fetched but the science is already here (and mind control technology has been used since the 1950’s – see MK Ultra later). What’s more there are many whistle-blowers who’ve been involved in these crimes/ projects that have come forward to blow the whistle. There are also many websites and experiences of survivors that back up the whistleblowers testimonies. Please see the patents that prove the existence of this technology below….

I also just want to clarify before I continue that I am an exceptionally healthy individual who:
- Exercises regularly and always has done.
- Is very healthy and always has been.
- Is not overweight.
- Does not drink or do drugs.
- Is not on any medication of any form.
- Comes from a family with no history of mental illness.
- Meditates regularly
- Has always been into healthy living, eating and drinking
- Practises and uses spirituality and personal development for well-being and healthy ways of thinking/being.
- Believes and practises peace in his life.
The number of people affected by this issue are now growing in their millions worldwide (which includes thousands in the UK). Also, the vast majority of this crime goes unreported and victims often live in social isolation with this problem. The people that have been affected by this ‘electronic harassment’ technology have collectively become known as the “targeted individuals.” It is not just a growing worldwide phenomenon, but is also a huge threat to our social security. Intelligence services, private security agencies, corporations and rogue elements of society are able to carry out these attacks remotely and get away with them with no specific legislation or laws for this technology that protects innocent civilians against the use of mind control weapons. It is for this reason that this crime almost always goes unnoticed or ignored by society which does not help the problem. THIS MUST STOP NOW. The electronic Harassment/mind control problem is many times coupled with Gang stalking activity which makes this collective crime even more appalling. The two crimes are often run in conjunction: Electronic harassment plus gang stalking.
Gang stalking is essentially a form of organized stalking and harassment designed to break down an individual, keep them quiet, destroy their life, leave them destitute and isolate them through tactics and fear. It is a programme that is largely being run worldwide by intelligence agencies, private security agencies, police, mafia, local criminals and even community watch groups as part of a wider government control agenda to keep people/ whistleblowers/ truth seekers quiet. It could be compared to the Stasi police in Russia and the Gestapo in Germany. These operations/crimes still go on worldwide today under different names and guises.

With more and more people coming forward about electronic harassment (and gang stalking) it is something that the citizens of the UK and world need imminent help in protecting themselves against.

Here is a quote from a targeted individual Magnus Olsen who is a credible researcher and engaged in heavy activism on the subject:

There is also a complete amnesia about its early development, as Lars Drudgaard of ICAACT, mentioned in one of his interviews last year. This last statement is very true. I will go into this specifically later on how the modern-day psychiatry system has been used as a cover up for the use of these microwave/ EMF weapons under the guise of ‘mental illness.’
THE GOALS OF THE TARGETED INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMME
Electromagnetic weapons are being used for mind control, harassment, torture, slow kill purposes and even to drive the Targeted individual (TI) to suicide. No joke. It is simply an unlawful practice carried out by government intelligence agencies, private security contractors and corrupt groups/corporations to keep people suppressed. The goal is to stop them speaking out against corruption in the government, intelligence agencies, corporations, the ‘deep state’ and against high profile corrupt individuals and groups. In its most general sense, it can be seen as a government control programme. In other cases, it is used for profit, revenge and trafficking purposes. The goal is to subjugate targeted individuals and break them down mentally, emotionally and physically, ruin their life, and cause them to become mentally ill. Other goals include to slowly kill them through microwave irradiation and get them to commit suicide (which many have). In addition, these weapons are used on the GENERAL public for mind control, suppression and depopulation purposes. Please note that the people that have become known as ‘targeted individuals’ in society have been named as such because they are everyday citizens who have committed no crime and are not planning on committing any crime (or terrorist activity) and yet are being targeted horrifically with these weapons of influence and torture. This is wrong and is a crime under the Geneva convention and the UN and EU treaties - due to it breaking laws on surveillance, privacy, harassment and torture. Of course, it breaks UK laws in these areas also.
The goals of the targeted individual programme/ electronic harassment specifically are to:
- Get you to commit suicide.
- Get you diagnosed with a ‘mental illness,’ taken ‘out of society’ and sectioned.
- Slow you down or take you off course.
- Create huge fear and a variety of negative emotions
- Make you too apathetic/ tired to do anything.
- Create massive confusion.
- Stop you from protesting or using your right to free speech if you are an activist (i.e. subvert the truth).
- Isolate you from family and friends.
- Destroy your relationships.
- Take away your job/ livelihood
- Basically, to destroy your life, job and livelihood.
- Keep them in power and the public blind to the corruption.
THE GOAL OF THE TI PROGRAMME IS ALSO TO COMPLETELY DIS-CREDIT YOU IF YOU SPEAK OUT. THIS IS DONE BY TARGETED INDIVIDUALS MANY TIMES GETTING WRONGLY DIAGNOSED WITH A ‘MENTAL ILLNESS’ DUE TO PSYCHIATRY IGNORANCE ON THIS MATTER. This is a doctor and whistle-blower that is exposing the issue of targeted individuals. From 7.00 to 10.15 minutes in the video he explains quite succinctly the main goals of the programme. This is a doctor, so he knows the difference between genuine mental illness and symptoms created by electromagnetic weapons.

Here is another article calling for the need for new diagnosis of mental illness in the light of these electromagnetic weapons, as their use often get mis-diagnosed as a mental illness. The weapons have been designed in this way and psychiatry and mental health organizations mis-leaded, so that they and the public will not catch on. WHO GETS TARGETED AND WHY?
- An accurate cross section of society is taken (i.e. a range of different professions/ groups are taken). Reason: Firstly, to make it surreptitious and secondly so that an accurate cross section of society has been taken, so that they have good data on effective weapons testing. So that they know they have technology that will work on anyone.
- People are selected based partly on geographical location. Reason: So that it makes the crime easier to commit and get away with as people are isolated victims.
- Many people selected due to the fact that they are people who have little social standing or influence so no one will listen to them AND they will not be ‘missed’ or cared for should anything happen to them. These people often live in isolation with few family or friends. Reason: Generally, these people are the easiest to test for accurate data without retaliation.
- Activists, truthers, whistleblowers, empowered individuals, those into ‘truth’ research. Reason: Simply to control, subjugate and take them off track to stop the truth getting out and to stop them from being able to empower others. The deep state does not like empowered or knowledgeable citizens that know the truth of the corruption. - People are also being targeted because of their DNA. A whistleblower who testified to this was Carl Clark former CIA, MI5 and Mossad agent who was previously involved in this crime. Reason: DNA can show the individuals that are likely to be activists, outspoken and so forth. This crime runs very deep with big budgets that we as the people largely fund through income tax. The other sources of funding for this programme are groups (like the council of foreign relations), corrupt corporations, or individual elites with the power of money behind them.
- People that already have a mental illness. Reason: Because they can experiment easily to see how their weapons work with no one thinking anything otherwise.
- People that have sensitized themselves to this through drug use sometimes are targeted according to Dr Robert Duncan. Reason: The perpetrators of this crime can establish a stronger remote neural connection when an individual has taken certain drugs e.g. methamphetamines and cocaine.
- Often those into spirituality and religion seem to get targeted more. Reason: The establishment does not want spiritually empowered individuals in society. The main tactics they use to keep us divided are fear, false flags, divide and conquer tactics and also suppression of knowledge of our divine inner nature or who we truly are. They do not want strong spiritual individuals bringing people together through love and knowledge. Another reason it seems that they use this technology on these groups is because in some ways they can far more easily get away with it. This is because these groups are far more likely to attribute the symptoms to spiritual phenomenon e.g. god speaking to them, a passed away relative speaking to them, spirits, archangels, Jesus etc. Please note: I am not necessarily discounting the existence of any of these just simply saying that this technology can easily be mistaken for it. I have also seen some evidence that these programmes are being specifically used in this way with programmes to mislead people into thinking it is spiritual phenomenon e.g. the voice of god speaking to them etc, when in reality it is this technology.
- You did something to upset someone in the government or a powerful corporation/ individual. Reason: Revenge, control, plus possible other reasons.

I read that 5-10% of people targeted are in the ‘activist’ category broadly speaking and 90-95% fit into the ‘testing’ category and are selected accordingly. This seems to fit in with what I have observed of targeted individuals.
Please note: The weapons are being used for testing and control purposes, but even the testing is being done so that they have a more effective control weapon. This then can more accurately be used on many different groups and people for total global control according to my research. The real use of these weapons is simply about total global control at the end of the day.
So why have I been targeted with electronic harassment?
The reason I deem myself to have been targeted for so long is because of the following reasons. I was a person who was always into self-empowerment from a young age and read many books on the subject since 16 years old. Maybe I had certain traits that were deemed as being ‘undesirable’ because my goal was to set people free in opposition to their control agendas. However, I have also spoke out extensively about this deep state ‘system’ and the corruption in government for many years now. This is by far the main reason I deem myself to have been targeted. There is a good chance that I may have been targeted because of my DNA also. My targeting seems to only have developed in its scope, intensity and sophistication the more that I have spoken out about government corruption and in particular the more I have spoken out about the danger of these mind control weapons.
How many targeted individuals are there?
Please see the section on this later on. As a quick answer to this though there could be 0.7% of the US population. This is according to whistleblowers Richard Lighthouses work that is based on the watch list. Based upon a similar ratio in the UK and other countries worldwide there could be anywhere up to 70 million Targeted Individuals in the world already. Evidence has shown that this is a worldwide phenomenon that seems well spaced geographically.
WHAT IS THE SCIENCE BEHIND IT?
Before being targeted victims are surveilled and monitored first through ‘remote neural monitoring’ and are effectively mind mapped to find out about an individual’s strengths and weaknesses, traits and so forth. Please google ‘remote neural monitoring’ and research. Then the targeting begins. For an understanding of the ‘science’ behind it I recommend reading this e-book by ex CIA/DOD employee and whistleblower Dr Robert Duncan who actually helped create this technology. It is for this reason that he may be one of the best people you could speak to as he is irrefutable proof. Please do this!

Please note that some of this mind control technology in my understanding is based on the microwave hearing effect which is a known and proven phenomenon since the early sixties. An example of the microwave hearing effect, or voice to skull (V2K) as targeted individuals know it is shown in the next diagram. As seen earlier there are many more mind control patents.

SYMPTOMS OF ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT AND MIND CONTROL
Although I would boil down the symptoms of electronic harassment as being different for everyone there are a lot of very common elements that could probably be described as:
“Anything that you can think, say, feel, hear, see, smell or taste can be re-created in the same way via this electromagnetic weaponry. DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT AND MENTAL ILLNESS/ ANXIETY
Please bear in mind that although there are a lot of similarities between people’s targeting, everyone’s exact targeting is different. There are some similarities between electronic harassment and mental health/ anxiety conditions because the technology has been designed in that way. However, the overwhelming and vast majority of TI’s do NOT have mental illnesses. Also, there are differences in symptomatology for those that experience targeting as oppose to mental illness. Some of the main differences are in and around the use of Directed energy weapons frequencies (DEWs) that are directed at the individual from microwave transmitters, such as cell phones and satellites. These have very distinct, sudden and unpredictable physical sensations that are different to mental illness/ anxiety. This is because they can be felt as more of an external phenomenon (something coming in from the outside) if you are aware. They also create internal feelings, sensations and pains as well as they target certain organs and the mind of the victim and so forth. DEWs can be felt and/or can leave obvious physical marks (damage). Anxiety or mental health conditions do not leave physical marks, or cause physical sensations in the same way that Electronic harassment can do. So, the main difference is that Electronic Harassment is an external originating phenomenon whereas mental illness/ anxiety is an internal phenomenon. The difference can be felt especially when you become aware of the symptoms.
SOME COMMON SIGNS THAT PEOPLE ARE BEING TARGETED
One of the most obvious signs that an individual may be suffering with electronic harassment is:
A complete feeling of dissociation and the inability to feel one’s feelings. (See Robert Duncan’s Matrix deciphered link above in the document).

Part of the test from Richard Lighthouses website above (former NASA employee with a masters in electrical engineering) involves turning around and noticing where the cell towers are directing their microwave beams at you. There are typically at least four cell towers tracking at any one time according to Richard. I personally can feel these beams as they are hitting my head from 5 different angles as I turn around with my hand in front of my head. You may be able to feel these whether you are a targeted individual or not if everyone is being tracked in the US (according to whistleblower Richard Lighthouse) and possibly in most western countries.
As mentioned above there is a lot of ‘microwave beam targeting’ from cell towers that seems to be predominantly aimed around the head. Personally, I have noticed that I receive a lot of frequency that seems to be directed at my left ear region, no matter what direction I am faced. I believe this is because of the Voice to skull (V2K) attacks that I get. V2K is transmitted via the cochlear in the inner ear to the brain so it makes sense that much of the microwave beams get targeted here. If you can feel microwave beams being strongly directed into the inner ear region this is another strong common sign you are being targeted (with V2K). I also found this in which someone is aiming to record V2K. Whether it works sufficiently I cannot comment but it may give good advice for how testing could be done if you want to test this yourself on victims of V2K.
I also notice on the upper part of my forehead at times an almost consistent frequency beam being directed here. I do not know why this is so but it could be a common area that is targeted. This is where thinking, emotions, behaviour, personality and planning are controlled by the brain so it could make sense to target it continuously. This could be another typical symptom amongst all targeted individuals affected with electronic harassment as I have spoken to others who have this symptom.
However, it must be said symptoms can be felt anywhere and can be incredibly varied in scope and nature. Everyone’s symptoms are a bit different. These are just four common signs according to my research that could mean an individual is getting targeted. Please look at the symptoms list earlier for ‘full’ diagnosis. It is also worth mentioning that Richard Lighthouse a whistleblower and ex NASA employee (and author of over 100 books) states with reliable referenced sources in the following link that everyone in the USA is being tracked with satellite microwave pulses. Knowing the link between the US intelligence services/ NSA and the intelligence services in most western countries it’s very possible that this tracking is happening to most people in all other western countries too (technology and greed spread). It’s worth mentioning that Richard Lighthouse mentions that the crown of the head is being tracked with satellite pulses on everyone in the USA and the head is being directed at with microwave beams from cell towers. Well, let us draw a distinction between targeted individuals (like myself) who seem to get more severe symptoms (see symptoms list in symptoms section) and the average everyday westerner who is not a ‘targeted individual’ as such. This implies that we are all targeted individuals in a sense if everyone could be getting tracked and ‘at the very least’ subliminally programmed like it says in the following link. In all likelihood/ possibility there could be all manner of degrees of targeting in between for the average person from overt to subtle. Therefore, one could say the only question is the level and degree of targeting of any person living in the western world.

HOW WILL THIS AFFECT FUTURE GENERATIONS IF WE DO NOT DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?
If we do not do something about this it threatens our complete mental and personal freedom and our ability to decide! It will also affect the physical health of all of our children severely for generations to come due to the cancer-causing nature of excessive microwave radiation (see studies later). We need laws passed to stop these violations against human rights. Not only that but our spiritual selves will be violated and suppressed stopping spiritual growth and evolution. I could go into great detail here but it will become even more obvious as you read the document.
What will happen if we don’t do something about this:
- We lose our free will.
- We are largely controlled externally by technology without people possibly even being aware that we are controlled (if the technology passes a certain level of sophistication). There is already a huge effect that these weapons are having on society with a lack of awareness that they are being used.
- We suffer from the individual and collective physical health effects of microwave radiation and targeting e.g. cancer, infertility, mental health problems etc. There is already significant science showing these effects are on the rise exponentially in society – this is one of the main reasons why.
- We lose the ability to feel our emotions. This is because this technology creates a dissociation effect in individuals. I can account for this.
- We lose our sense of adventure and freedom. This technology dampens the spirit and ability to decide for oneself.
- We become lazy and inactive. We do not progress (nor wish to) in society.
- We live in an Orwellian control state for eternity (or at least for a very long time until something somehow changes). The longer we leave it the harder it may get to counter the effect of this technology.
- We live in an artificial reality.
- Everything we do, speak, desire or dream about is recorded. We are already living in this reality now to a greater or lesser degree according to the documents of famous whistleblower Edward Snowden.
- There are EEG clones created ‘digitally’ for every human being. In other words they will have cloned/copied our brainwaves and therefore in essence copied our brains and what makes us unique. This is no joke and EEG/ mind cloning is already taking place.
- From birth we are completely surveilled and controlled with these weapons. That would be a sad reality and is already transpiring now unless we stop it (Richard lighthouses states how even all children now are tracked by microwave satellite pulses).

However, the other main reason I include the above website is to show that the ‘surveillance’ that famous whistleblower Edward Snowden talked about is only the tip of the iceberg. The issue is ‘bigger than Snowden’ because the worst ‘evil’ has been the continuous use of microwave mind control methods and gang stalking. This is described in the ‘about’ section of this site (see link below). Surveillance is always a precursor to targeting. However, the surveillance that Snowden released NSA documents about was mainly ‘metadata' surveillance. This proved that the NSA was recording everything that you ‘do’ and ‘like’ and so forth from phone tracking, internet and search monitoring, credit card purchases and other modes. This is different to ‘remote neural monitoring’ surveillance which is now being done on millions of citizens worldwide and monitors people’s thoughts/ brainwaves. However, it is a good start that people are starting to become aware of the issue of ‘mass surveillance’ generally. It is worth noting that Edward Snowden mentions in one of his videos that I posted in his section further down (number 14) about remote neural monitoring. Why is this court case win significant?
Because it shows:
- The corruption in the British intelligence agencies (GCHQ).
- The alliance between the NSA and GCHQ in this corruption. We know from other sources the British and US intelligence services work together and that NSA and GCHQ work together.
- Because the basis of the targeting problem is based in surveillance, exposing mass surveillance will go a long way to exposing the targeted individual operations! Now all that needs to happen is mass awareness specifically of remote brain activity surveillance (remote neural monitoring) and the electronic harassment that can result. Then, similar court cases can be won that help get specific laws passed to protect innocent civilians against this technology.

What I like about Richard's work is that he has drawn together well how the whole programme is operating on a worldwide level. He also (on his website and in his books) names and shames the people who he has researched and believes to be behind the targeted individual phenomenon. Possibly now the world’s most famous whistleblower. Tivon Rivers was based in the UK at the US spy base Menwith Hill near Harrogate. He stated that he found documentation and evidence that stated that Menwith Hill are also part of the mind control targeting on local civilians. SOME HISTORY ON MIND CONTROL USE BY CIA/ UNITED STATES
Mk ultra experiments
The two links below help to provide the history to the worldwide mind control being conducted today. Back in the 50's, 60’s and 70’s the CIA engaged in mind control experiments on innocent civilians from many different walks of life in the MK Ultra experiments – see quote below from the next link.
“The scope of Project MK Ultra was broad with research undertaken at 80 institutions, including colleges and universities, hospitals, prisons, and pharmaceutical companies.”
The CIA claimed the experiments stopped but we see them continue to this day (with much more sophisticated and remote technology), hence the targeted individual’s phenomenon. There are many whistleblowers from intelligence/ government agencies that can testify to this specific fact. Although Wikipedia focuses on some of the facts, they leave some of their ‘facts’ more ‘neutral, such as whether this programme continued. The programme did continue regardless of whether one calls it MK Ultra or not.

Cointelpro
COINTELPRO was a project that was run from the FBI in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s that basically spied on and used horrific methods on certain groups. Here is a quote from the link below:

Sound anything like Gang stalking? Yes, it does because it’s basically the same programme that was and still is now being run across the world to this day to surveil, infiltrate, discredit and disrupt ‘would be’ terrorists. Note how COINTELPRO was done to activists and groups and individuals that the FBI deemed as subversive (it still is). Note also how it was done to groups AND individuals (aka targeted individuals) and not just large groups or terrorist groups (it still is). Again, notice how the quote from the article below says that Cointelpro tactics are still used to this day! Yes, on innocent civilians because of government complete control agendas (and not just on REAL terrorists!). Note how the tactics are just the same then as today!

SO WHY DO MANY PEOPLE STILL NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS?
- Mainstream media control and manipulation.

- Lack of public awareness.
- People don’t care. People are so overworked, stressed and so forth that they have little time and energy to find out the truth. People do not want to know the sometimes-horrific truth of reality, they would rather not know.
- Government propaganda, brainwashing and mind control. People think that we live in a modern world where governments in the western world are free from corruption. While there are plenty of good people within the government at the root of them there is still mass corruption including in the UK. In fact, in many ways the UK may well be one of the most corrupt countries (according to research) and yet one of the best at concealing.
- Mass mind control technology itself is being used on the mass public.
- Government classifications of mind control documents, advanced scientific research/ technologies. DARPA is known to be involved with this advanced technology research. - People that blow the whistle on illegal operations are persecuted by the government. People usually have their lives, jobs, relationships and even family relationships destroyed. Often these days this is done not just by conventional methods (slander, defamation, stalking, harassment, lies, falsification, fraud etc) but by using this mind control technology alongside also.
- Diversion and distraction. The system has been set up to keep people so busy and distracted. Just look at all the people who can’t stop looking at their phones or playing with the latest app. It seems people these days don’t have any time (or choose not to) to do alternative research to find the truth. This is what the deep state wants (note: the deep state is NOT a conspiracy term and really exists).
- Astroturf – The tactics of the government, intelligence agencies, military and big influential and corrupt corporations are to create dis-information. This is called Astroturf. They put so much dis-information and propaganda out there that the average person cannot determine if any of it is true so they just give up and believe none of it. This is highly effective to the non-determined truth seeker. This is why discernment, facts, experience and looking at primary source evidence (whistle-blowers, patents, victim testimonies, court cases, studies) and reliable researchers is key. Even then a certain amount of open mindedness and joining the dots needs to be employed. People have died in history waiting to know ‘all’ the evidence rather than going off their ‘intuition’ to take action with the wide array of evidence (that at first sight may seem incredulous) that has been presented.
- People say I know people who work in these organizations and they are not bad people. True, most people in government organizations are good people but the people who are not often hold the highest positions are generally corrupt (often funding sources corrupt individuals along the way). People become institutionalized. Maybe only 10% are corrupt – this is what the deep state operates on. They don’t want everyone in government knowing all their secrets – departments are compartmentalised to stop everyone knowing what they are doing. Even people carrying out orders that can have destructive effects many times are not fully aware of the full negative nature (if at all) about what they are doing.
We are in an Orwellian state already in many different ways and furthering towards US globalization and control (or in reality furthering ‘Crown’ and Vatican control). The control of the many in the hands of a few elites/ bankers/ families/ groups is being achieved. That is not to discount the good work that many are doing in society and the positive emergence of mindfulness and the truth movement. However, we need to care about these issues as a collective until the main ‘bodies’ who can rid the corruption from government, intelligence agencies, secret societies and corrupt corporations are active and getting results. Also, it may be said a critical threshold of awareness in society needs to be reached alongside this. Then we can free ourselves from this corruption and these weapons.

ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPONS BREAK THE NUREMBERG PRINCIPLES
Finally, in the following link we can clearly see that the Nuremberg principles under the Nuremberg treaty are being broken. The Nuremberg treaty was made after world war 2 to make sure that a holocaust/ genocide would never happen again. Yet, we are letting another genocide happen right under our very noses with the use of electromagnetic weapons on targeted individuals. Also included in this are electromagnetic weapons being used on the general public (which will shortly include 5G phone frequencies as a key and worsening part of that).

THE ESTIMATED NUMBERS OF TARGETED INDIVIDUALS
From the following link below researcher, whistleblower and ex NASA employee Richard Lighthouse deduces that there are 170,000 targeted individuals in the US (or 0.7%) with similar ratios in other countries based upon the terrorist watchlist. Based on this ratio this would give the number targeted in the UK to be 46,700. With this ratio applied worldwide it points to a phenomenal amount potentially up to 70 million worldwide. Remember also that many people do not even realize consciously that they are being targeted, due to the convincing mind ‘programming’ of the technology itself.
I think it’s likely that based upon the ratio above given at 0.7% that this would be most western countries and possibly most highly developing countries like China and India. However, countries in the less developed world ‘may’ logically have lower numbers, due to financial, technological and ‘threat’ factors. Even so this would still point to numbers in the many of millions now worldwide.
Another number that I saw quoted fairly repeatedly was 300,000 TI’s in the US. This apparently was done with research from surveys done by The freedom from covert harassment and surveillance group (ffchs). See source here…

It is saying (and quotes its references) that everyone in the US is tracked by satellite microwave pulses. My research points strongly to the conclusion that it is most likely now the same in the UK and most western countries, as the US started these ‘mind control’ programmes and spread them around the world. * An example of this is the many US National Security Agency (NSA) spy bases you see positioned all around the UK and the world. It is also worth contacting William Binney or Kirk Wiebe because they undertook the biggest Targeted individual survey ever done in 2017 regarding numbers, demographics, symptoms, experiences, etc (see link below). However, it is worth contacting them and doing your own search at the time this reaches you, as they may just have released it by then and you may be able to find the results online.

Mind control is not just used on targeted individuals, but used on the mass public which includes 5G
It is worth mentioning that these mind control crimes are not just isolated to targeted individuals. According to my research everyone has in some way become a targeted individual (the system has become targeted). Research suggests that everyone is being tracked and that everyone is being subliminally programmed by these programmes on a mass level (see link again below). The distinction is that ‘targeted individuals’ seem to get the most severe, wide-ranging and noticeable targeting symptoms, whereas for most people it seems to be just more subliminal programming according to Richard Lighthouse. It could also be said that many Targeted individuals do not even know that they are targeted as symptoms are meant to be as undetectable as possible. The corrupt central bankers are another key part in this investigation into targeted individuals and the Rothschilds and Rockefellers are two of the biggest players in the deep state.
Anyway, it may appear that I have digressed, but without tracing things back to where the funding and ordering for these targeted operations and mind control are coming from in the deep state it may be harder to obtain justice, hence why I have included the background to this.
Summary of estimated numbers of targeted individuals
In Summary, there are possibly 170,000 people in the US that are targeted individuals. There are probably similar amounts of targeted individuals (0.7%) in proportion to population size in all other western countries and up to potentially 70 million worldwide. Everyone is being tracked by satellite microwave pulses in the US and most likely in most other western countries. This is due to the relationship and influence the US has with other western countries and the worldwide distribution of US spy bases. In slightly less developed countries this is going on, but perhaps numbers are less proportionally. This is a worldwide problem. Note: this figure is only quoting those that are overtly targeted with torture and harassment symptoms. Mass mind control on the other hand is far reaching and extends to all of us according to the research I have done. It is definitely going on and needs investigating.
The main thing to take away is that this is a huge violation of human/privacy rights just looking at the microwave satellite tracking and remote neural monitoring aspects. When combined with the individual targeting of targeted individuals and mind control of the masses it is a truly horrendous crime that threatens to take away our free will and humanity.
I need to make it very clear that this problem is growing year by year as the numbers of targeted individuals rise and mass mind control grows. The technology is growing at an alarming rate in its sophistication and use according to Dr Robert Duncan. This is a warning and a wake-up call to step in now while we can to still fight this before it reaches the point of no return.

There is a lot of anti-5G sentiment and outcry in the scientific world right now (and from the general public). So, in summary 5G can/ is being used to increase the level of the frequencies being sent to us to for depopulation purposes through its adverse health effects. - Recognition by government that this phenomenon exists.

- RAISE AWARENESS IN THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE SYMPATHETIC TO OUR CAUSE– this is the key. Guardian and Independence may be two good papers, but the best coverage is on the mainstream TV channels.
- Help targeted individuals to take this to court, give advice and so forth. There is currently a case by the Targeted Individual Association / TIA (the main targeted individual association in the UK) that is taking his case to the European court of human rights. If Gary Owens wins then our cases as members will get settled later. This could be something to help assist with as it is a huge court case. Another idea is emailing every person in the UK from their doctor questioning possible electronic harassment/ mind control symptoms. A survey and intervention could be done from this and true numbers could be found.
- JUSTICE FOR TARGETED INDIVIDUALS AND THOSE WHO HAVE CAUSED THIS JAILED. GOVERNMENTS, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS COULD THEN BE REPRIMANDED/ CHANGED APPROPRIATELY AND COMPENSATION COULD BE PAID TO VICTIMS FOR LOSS OF EARNINGS, LIFE AND QUALITY OF LIFE.
- Provide technology counter measures and shielding solutions (while enforcement is being made), or at least provide funding, or raise awareness. Counter measures could be frequency jammers, commercial faraday cages or other technologies. Dr Robert Duncan would be a good person to speak about this – see whistleblower’s section.
- Get the police on our side, raise awareness and educate. They should be on the front line fighting and enforcing this crime! (but it’s hard for them at the moment due to it largely being a ‘state’ crime and their lack of understanding).
- Raise awareness and educate MP’s, psychiatrists, Doctors and those in the mental health profession. Generally, educate the people in these professions. Education of this issue is paramount for the government generally (all sections, people, departments). Have the history recorded accurately for future generations.
- Educate the UK public.
- Adequate awareness raised in the media to the point where they accurately and regularly report this issue including updates in progress.
- Counselling and therapy provided for those affected (or fundraising/ awareness raised towards this).
- For those in the psychiatry profession to be able to rightly identify the difference between electronic harassment and genuine mental illness/anxiety.
- Specific electronic harassment laws that give the police the power to investigate any report of electronic harassment straight away with the appropriate technology to track it, report it and investigate it successfully. Note: specific laws are not necessarily needed for the police to ‘do their job’ as these crimes are still breaking laws on torture, harassment and surveillance, but they would help to clarify the issue and raise awareness for police so it’s what is certainly needed.

- In my personal opinion the cell phone networks (and mobile phone providers that undoubtedly know about this) need exposing and the cell phone towers need to be taken down legally by the government to stop them being used for mind control. Safer wired technology needs to be made priority again until we can be sure about the safety of wireless technology.

- Speak to the targeted individual groups that I have listed above in this document (e.g. TIA, covertharassment.org, FFTI.org etc) and any others that are researching, or have evidence of these crimes.
- Read this document thoroughly and intelligently with an open mind. This is key. Government science and technology is many years ahead of mainstream science (some whistleblowers say up to 60 years plus ahead). This is how they keep control of civilians.

ASTROTURF (DISINFORMATION)
Another thing worth mentioning is that the CIA, military, corporations and other British organizations also spread Astroturf (please google this term and see last link) which is dis-information to flood out the truth of this issue on the internet and retain control. This is why I listen first and foremost to the whistle-blower testimonies of the people who have been involved in these organizations (and used, seen or heard directly how this technology is used against the public). The media in the US are afraid of the CIA according to one source I read recently. I imagine that there is the same fear within UK media circles of the UK intelligence services (amongst those that know the truth!). The reason that the targeted individual phenomenon has remained hidden is largely because of corporate/ elitist control of the mainstream news channels and dis-information campaigns (Astroturf) by the CIA, military, corporations and other UK and international government agencies and intelligence services worldwide. This is the challenge we are facing and why the targeted individual phenomenon has remained largely hidden. However, there is a growing organized movement that keeps growing. SOME FINAL POINTS
I cannot stress how much many people are suffering from this crime and awareness of this crime in my opinion needs to start from:
- Human rights organizations becoming aware, exposing the truth and backing the Targeted Individual cause to get new laws passed to protect targeted individuals.
- The vast majority of politicians are becoming very aware of this problem and taking action to pass specific laws to protect targeted individuals…
The ultimate goal is a worldwide ban on mind control weapons, that needs to be passed by an international body e.g. the UN, but first the torture on innocent civilians MUST be stopped.
I am going to make a plea. That you please look into this under the following criteria:

Here’s a question to think about – how can millions of people around the world be saying almost exactly the same thing? If targeted individuals were suffering from mental illness, they would all have their own ‘personal’ delusions and would not be saying almost exactly the same thing (and going into a lot of depth about it!). When you look at the naturally high percentage of people who have been targeted who are either Dr’s, experts of their field, whistleblowers, free thinkers and intelligent truth seekers you can start to see the picture starting to emerge. Things that are fads or delusions quickly come and go.
This is a worldwide phenomenon
Just to reiterated this is not just a UK phenomenon, but is a huge worldwide problem. Please do the right thing and join the cause. Out of all crimes that the deep state commits this is probably the biggest one as you are sentenced to a lifetime (in most cases) of mental torture and you are not even a terrorist or criminal. The vast majority of targeted individuals are just everyday normal people who usually have no history of crime and have no intention of committing a crime. Other crimes that the deep state commit that need investigating are chemtrail use on the population, human and sex trafficking by elitist groups/ secret societies and so forth. * These crimes are actually related and linked to the crimes being committed with electromagnetic weapons. For example, Chemtrails are used to spray Nano dust which then acts as smaller implants within the body and brain increasing conductivity and the ability of the mind control technology to work effectively. While generally these topics are beyond the scope of this document, I recommend doing more of your own research in these areas to see how they are related. However, I mention these for educational purposes only - the main issues I am writing about in this document are:

*Freemasonry is one of the main secret societies implicit in this crime and crime worldwide, due to members being spread throughout society in every single profession and often they hold the highest positions. Gary Owens from the Targeted Individuals Association talks specifically about this on his website and how the targeted individual’s phenomenon is related incredibly strongly to Freemasonry. This organization needs thoroughly investigating and dismantling in my opinion. Risk of weapons mal-function
It is also worth bearing in mind for the targeted individual there is no guarantee that these weapons will not mal-function and cause instant grievous bodily harm or death (as oppose to slow death from being irradiated). These truly are dangerous weapons causing a lot of harm to people even without looking at the possibility of error or mal-function.

As you can see, I am mainly providing first hand sources (whistleblower testimonies) so this document is not conspiracy. I am outlining the corruption straight from the source of these corrupt agencies with these testimonies.

I just want to say that I do not claim to know everything about this subject, but I am starting to form some very accurate conclusions based upon the overwhelming evidence of these worldwide crimes. I am continuing to stay open minded also.
There are apparently 2 lines of thinking from my research about who exactly is carrying out these operations in the UK…
- NASA whistleblower Richard Lighthouse’s work may point to the attacks being organized in the US and the weapons being operated in the US at Shriever Airforce base in Colorado (see quote below from Targeted Justice website stating this). However, there have also been whistleblower testimonies by Ex MI5 agent Barrie Trower, Carl Clark and Tivon Rivers saying that the programmes are being run and operated in the UK by British intelligence agencies. We also know that the US and UK intelligence forces share information and work together and that the NSA bases are spread all over the UK and world. Information could come from these bases in the UK and around the world and then the programme could be fundamentally organized and run from the US with Shriever operating the actual weapons – see this link.

- OR the second most likely situation as to how this is run in the UK (and the one that I am more in favour of) is that the targeting operations are largely run by the UK intelligence agencies (as shown by leaked documents shown above on page 12) and that Menwith Hill in North Yorkshire is largely (if not completely) responsible for the deployment of the actual microwave weapons that target civilians in the UK. What is clear is that this is a worldwide operation that is being orchestrated as a whole between the UK and US intelligence agencies at the very least on the level of sharing data and colluding. This most likely from research includes the intelligence agencies of other western countries that also target individuals from their own countries.
This is why it is important to speak to the UK whistleblowers especially Barrie Trower and Carl Clark to help to try and determine the exact models of UK and worldwide operation for targeting i.e. which agencies/ countries are involved and at which stage of the process and so forth. Please investigate both of these 2 perspectives deeply to find out the truth of the exact worldwide and national targeting operational models and particularly in my case for the UK. Once again, I ask you to please help.
It is also worth noting that it is especially essential to investigate and validate where the buttons are actually being pressed to operate the microwave weapons as this would be a fast track into this investigation to bring down the ‘house of cards’.
Summary
To sum up the key facts in this document I would say:
- The targeted individual phenomenon is a worldwide phenomenon and even more so in the Five Eyes countries (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). It is also widespread across Europe and there are even many reports worldwide (even coming from Africa now).
- It is increasingly affecting growing numbers of people now and this testing has been going on since the 1950’s AND since the famous MK Ultra scandal was exposed. There are many declassified documents proving the extent of this scandal.
- It will continue to affect more and more people as shown by leaked documents if we do not do something about it urgently. It is the most serious issue humanity faces and is a total control agenda.
- It is largely (and at least initially) a crime committed by the intelligence agencies. According to Richard Lighthouse the orders for the programme come from the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) and are run through the CIA to the other intelligence agencies involved. The NSA is the biggest player worldwide and the FBI plays a big part in this crime. The CIA funds the operation.
- The Aquarius group is said to be the main group responsible specifically for organizing mind control operations according to leaked documents. Leaked documents have also shown NASA’s involvement and the Bilderberg group's involvement, but there are many more groups that are involved (or implicit) including the committee of 300 which seems to be another one of the main players. On the deepest level the corruption comes from The Jesuits, Illuminati (very real group), The Crown, The US, Israel and is a Christian Zionist (or Zionist) agenda. The Rothchild and Rockefeller families and other ‘elite’ owners of the central banks are also involved and are part of the Zionist agenda. It is important to realize that I am not being racist here, but am literally mentioning the names of states and groups responsible.
- In the UK the intelligence agencies that are responsible for mind control crimes are GCHQ, MI5, MOD and NSA. The US is one of the main proponents of mind control in the world. The main intelligence agencies responsible in the US are CIA, FBI, NSA, Air Force space command (AFSPC), DHS, DIA, DOJ, Office of the director of National intelligence (ODNI), National Counter terrorism center (NCTC), Homeland Security Intelligence council (HSIC) and fusion centers. The weapons according to Richard Lighthouse are said to be fired from Shriever air force in Colorado by the Air force space command.
- Corrupted police, mafia gangs, freemasons, regular criminals and even various countries' neighbourhood watch schemes are said to be involved to varying degrees. There is rumour that this technology has gotten into the hands of criminal gangs that have no connection directly to government intelligence agencies, or groups that control the government.
- Freemasonry is one of the main links of power throughout the whole structure of society for this corrupt mind control agenda.
- There could be anywhere up to 70 million Targeted Individuals worldwide. Most likely according to the research out there and what I have seen my estimate would be between 5 and 10 million targeted individuals worldwide (individuals who are overtly targeted). Note: being ‘overtly targeted does not necessarily mean that the person knows this is happening to them or who is doing it. Even though it is ‘overt’ the person can still not know.
- Mass mind control of the public has been shown to be a fact by leaked intelligence agencies documents.
- The vehicles of Electronic harassment and mind control are Cell towers, Smart metres, Microwave satellites, Drones and helicopters, Portable units.
- The types of weapons used are said to be Directed energy weapons (DEWs) and can be EMF/ microwave/ RF, scalar/ Nano, Sonic/ acoustic, laser, HAARP, ELF etc.
- Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) works on reading the EEGs of a person’s brain waves picked up from microwave satellites.
- 5G phone networks are being used to increase the ability to mind control the public and is a modern-day genocide against the public that will likely cause huge rates of cancer, infertility issues, mental health problems and increased death rates. It is being rolled out without adequate industry funded research to show that it is safe. Over 230 scientists from over 41 countries have signed a petition asking for it not to be rolled out. In my opinion, increasing awareness of how mobile phone networks and 5G are one of the principal parts of this mind control agenda is the key to expose the operation and bring it down. We need to call for ‘safe’ technology.
- There is proof for all of this in the document that I have included in the most essential links from the document section on page 90.
- This agenda is being operated for money, control and depopulation as these elites want to control and keep the resources for themselves with no risk of them running out in future. Agenda 21 (now called agenda 30) is said to be a key ‘driver’ in this and is worth researching heavily. It is the guise of ‘population control’ under the banner of ‘sustainability’ and a one world government under the UN, NATO and their global centralized banking system. It is said these groups responsible want to decrease the world’s population by 95%.
To really summarise this even further I would say that the main groups that need investigating are the Council of foreign relations, the Aquarius group and the main intelligence agencies involved which in the US are the CIA, NSA, FBI DHS and Airforce Space Command and in the UK are GCHQ, MI5, MOD and the NSA. The NSA is a biggest part of this control agenda as they are such a large global operation with bases across the UK and worldwide and so they are a key part to this investigation. In the UK the operations are said to be run from Cheltenham (GCHQ) and Harrogate Menwith Hill NSA spy base….
Therefore, investigations into Menwith Hill, Shriever air force base must be made the first and absolute priority in my opinion (as this is where the weapons are almost certainly being operated from).
Please remember that I have included two perspectives prior to this in the previous section based on evidence as to how exactly this is operated worldwide. PLEASE INVESTIGATE FROM BOTH ANGLES TO FIND OUT THE EXACT TRUTH AS TO HOW THIS OPERATION IS RUN IN THE UK AND WORLDWIDE across the board. Finding where the weapons are being operated from will bring down the house of cards.
REMEMBER THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT REPRESENTING THE PUBLIC ANYMORE AND HAVE TURNED AGAINST US. So as a final message I would like to say this: I know I speak for all targeted individuals when I say that we are sick of the lies and torture from the intelligence agencies, government groups, security industries, corporations and criminal groups that use this technology and are fighting for our freedom!
