So I, Marieke2001 got network banned on 4/4/18 for supposedly leaking and I will share my side of the story.

This is all the evidence staff has for my ban: one screenshot of me saying i’m done with this shithole and another one of me saying that I’ll leave after I received my things or that I will say fun things to Skifby. Is this actual evidence of me leaking things to Thefty and/or Skifby? No.

Staff members kept saying that there is actual evidence of me leaking, but they’re being lied to.

This is Tacos admitting that he has no evidence of me actually leaking, only that I threatened with it. And yes I admit to the threatening to leaking, but actual leaking never happened. Now I don’t want to get back into the staff team, I just want to get unbanned. Storysays aka Drew you said that it was a miracle that you guys finally managed to prove that it was me, but you didn’t even find proof of me leaking, because I never did. Tacosbefriends, I never passed anything on to Skif and Skif never passed anything on to Thefty. Your own leaker (presumably called D.) had blown up the whole story. I have never been into a call with thefty and I have never leaked anything.

I’ve asked Tacos multiple times to give a fair reason for my ban, but he kept making up excuses and weird reasons, that are not worth a network ban:

“If you can’t grasp it, that’s your problem.” I’m supposed to prove my innocence, how can one prove their innocence? That seems rather impossible to me, as I would have to find evidence of someone else leaking in the staff team. Shouldn’t Tacos have the evidence of me leaking instead of me having the evidence of Tacos being wrong?

“The evidence I showed you proves beyond a reasonable doubt that you are the most likely culprit of the recent leaks”. Does that prove I leaked? No. DOUBT and LIKELY really worth a network ban for leaking? Apparently a lot of members also disagree with that. Should something be done about this ridiculous way of punishing someone that is innocent? Yes. I’m fine with a network ban if there is actual proof of me leaking a bunch of things, but there isn’t even evidence of me leaking anything. Just that D said that I was in a call with Thefty talking about an update, which never happened.

I explained I said that I wanted to leak in an angry moment, but some member that is known for making up things is believed more than his own staff members? Could just ban everyone straight away until they have proof that they didn’t leak amirite? If you agree to my side of the story like this thread, if you agree to Staff their side of the story which is probably among the lines of “We do have evidence but we lied to Marieke that we have no blablablabla” then apply for helper already.
