MOOZY
Street Team Event Talking Points & Training Guide
OUR PURPOSE: Introduce customers to Moozy through sampling, sales, and friendly, professional interactions. Depending on the event, your role may involve sampling, selling, or both. Follow your Event Brief.
KNOW OUR BRAND: Moozy
Moozy is real, farm-fresh A2A2 milk packaged in convenient aluminum cans. Available in a variety of flavors, Moozy offers a modern, fun way to enjoy milk. Our milk travels just one mile from cow to can at our dairy farm in Ellington, Connecticut.
WHO IS OAKRIDGE DAIRY?
Oakridge Dairy is the family dairy farm behind Moozy, located in Ellington, Connecticut, with roots dating back to 1890. We grow the feed, milk the cows, and produce Moozy right at our farm.
EXPLAINING A2A2 MILK
A2A2 milk comes from cows that naturally produce the A2 type of beta-casein protein rather than A1. It still contains lactose and is unsafe for people with milk allergies. Never promise digestive, medical, recovery, or performance benefits. Only share approved nutritional facts.
THE MOOZY STANDARD
Be prepared. Be professional. Be knowledgeable. Be approachable.
We represent our farm, our products, and the people behind them.
Farm-fresh. Street-ready.
STARTING A CONVERSATION
Keep conversations natural. Smile, make eye contact, and invite people passing the booth to try a sample without pressuring them.
Opening: "Hi! Want to try some Moozy? Chocolate or coffee?"
Explaining Moozy: "It's real A2A2 milk, and we have several flavors you can try!"
When someone asks about the farm: "Moozy comes from Oakridge Dairy, our family dairy farm right here in Ellington."
When someone asks about A2A2: "It's milk from cows that naturally produce the A2 type of beta-casein protein. It still contains lactose, just like regular milk."
HOW WE SAMPLE: HOST, DON'T PITCH
Moozy is about indulgence, incredible flavor and being a fun brand. Let the product do the selling. Your job is to make trying it easy and fun, never to push.
Invite, don't intercept. Smile and offer a taste to anyone who slows down or looks over. Don't chase people.
Taste first, talk second. Keep it short until they've had a sip.
Ask, then listen. "What'd you think?" Let them do the talking.
Talk like a fan. Share your favorite flavor and why. That beats any fact.
Follow their lead. Curious? Share more. Moving on? That's fine; they tried it.
Easy openers (use your own words): "Want to try something good?" / "Chocolate or coffee?" / "Ever had milk from a can?"
If they loved it: tell them once where to get one, then let them decide.
IF THEY WANT TO KNOW MORE (answer, don't recite)
