9 to 13 May, 2016

Day 1 – 10th May, 2016

Put ideas together about what has been done this year.

Marian, coordinator, presents the Work Unit (Work Unit) / Project that collects all contents, objectives, results, evaluation methods, etc. that have been worked during this first year of project duration, and which is the product of all this work. It serves as a guide and starting point to be applied in subsequent years. This document is one of the commitments with the Spanish National Agency.

Analysis Gardner's Test. Some members wonder about the usefulness of this test. Marian explains that it is a way for students to self-assess their core competencies and reflect on the skills they have more developed or may develop more.
There is debate about a possible continuity to further assess skills and it is agreed that in Activity 3 Work Plan Year 2, students should perform the Europass CV and Cover Letter, for which a self-assessment questionnaire will be passed to the students. It may arise their skills, abilities, weaknesses, strong points, etc. Francesco prepares this questionnaire and sends it to Marian in late June. As soon as Marian receives the questionnaire, she shares it with partners so that they give their opinion and suggestions. Marian receives feedback from partners in September. The deadline for the activity with students ends in late October.

How to improve communication among partners? French partners want more communication among students. This point is taken up again on Day 3.

Marian informs that at the end of this course she will prepare the Website to disseminate the project. She will present the project and display a selection of the work done by students.

Day 2 – 11th May, 2016

Presentation of the
Work Plan Year 2.

Agreements on all activities and tasks that will be developed the next academic year.
We talk about all activities carefully (link to the
document drive), they are explained and analyzed in detail, we fix deadlines, etc. Marian updates every detail in the collaborative document.

Education systems (Year 1): Marian proposes a way to give continuity to the presentation made about education systems in each country. She proposes a contest for Activity 2 Year Work Plan 2. This contest is as follows: each partner has to submit Marian 6 relevant questions about their own education system before 30 June. Marian prepares the questionnaire with the 24 questions received by means of the tool Socrative, as in the previous contest (Getting to know each other), makes it public in eTwinning and informs all the students/teachers of the rules, and the starting and ending dates of the contest, from 3 to 10 October.
The other decisions taken on the activities of the whole Year 2 are explained in the
collaborative document.

Day 3 - 12th May, 2016

Marian takes up the request of the French partners to establish stronger relation bonds among pupils in eTwinning, in order to get to know each other better, and proposes the creation of a network of "penpals" between students who are interested, beginning next September.

School trips: As all partners are unanimously interested in students’ exchanges, we all agree that a selection of five students from each country will join first in the next visit to Bocholt. So the host partner will provide 15 families for the accommodation of these students. This will continue the same process in the last meeting of the project in Aprilia. During 2017-2018 the host countries will be Tafalla and Pauillac. Students only have to pay for the trip. Although each school can help them to pay the expenses.

Marco proposes the creation of a consortium among all partners to access different projects. Everyone seems interested. The matter will be exposed and analyzed in detail the next meeting in Bocholt.
