Inviting all teachers to view your LAS system (We use Haiku). There is a Haiku page where the ‘guest teacher’ can see all the classes.
Continue to share day’s agenda and homework on class website. Want to share portfolios with parents as well as grades on the web/email etc..
Already sharing projects on class webpage and links to Google Docs which have been placed in a learning folder. Children and parents have access to these at home to recap and go over concepts they have found difficult or challenging.
Also as a staff we are hyperlinking all our long, medium and short term plans together, with our online assessments.
Open classrooms - time given to all teachers to have opportunities for classroom visits.
Tracking teacher PD needs, records, goals. Including opportunities, spending. I’d use this if I could share individual tabs with teachers and keep them private, but feed into a front-page sheet for me. I used to use it to keep individual tabs for student Biology internal assessment data; need to relearn/update.
Publishing a Google Slides on a class webpage that shows daily homework/assignments
Sharing Unit planners with parents
Online homework diaries that all teachers of a student can see (cross subject) - Google calendars
Attendance, assignments, grades, responses to questions, discussions, open blogs, etc.
Publish Data Sheets for each student
