… Despite the convenience of its location, the apartment is exceedingly private. You enter through a bright and cheerful office with a storage bench, bookshelves, and a desk with two chairs looking out through double windows on your own private backyard.
… One door leads to a large (7’x16’) screened-in porch with a table and 3 chairs. The porch overlooks and opens onto the backyard, which is equipped with a hammock and a picnic table, as well as a portable gas grill for cookouts.
… The second door leads into a 125 ft2 eat-in kitchen, fully-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and ample cabinet and drawer space. The 3’x3’ table can expand to 3’x5.5’ if you wish to entertain.
… The bathroom has a tub and shower, cabinet with towel rack, as well as the usual sink and toilet.
… The living room/bedroom, has a carpet, two comfortable armchairs flanking a table with a lamp, a decorative fireplace, a large, full-length mirror, a closet, and a full Murphy bed, already made. A ceiling fan helps to keep the apartment cool. Next to the bed is a floor to ceiling bank of shelves with a variety of small pieces to further decorate the room. On the walls of the entire apartment are colorful watercolors, mostly of fruit and flowers.
...The room is separately keyed with its own combination lock and inside chain. When your booking is confirmed, you will be given the code for the door lock, allowing 24 hour check in and entry.
