Dear Fülöp,

Our time has passed very pleasantly since we saw each other, mainly in the company of our English friends.

I hope you are well too, and that you are rested after the travails of your final days in London.

We leave England on the 14th of August, out of Dover, and we would like to accept your kind invitation to spend the two days prior to that, the 12th and 13th, with you down in the country. If there is no obstacle to this, please be so good as to drop me a line (the address is Llandinam, c/o Lord Davies^[1]). We will be there on the 4th and 5th of August, setting off in the motor car early on the morning of the 6th, which is why I am asking you to let me know urgently.

Amióta nem láttuk egymást, nagyon kellemesen töltöttük az időt legtöbbször angol barátaink társaságában.

Remélem te is jól vagy és ki pihenteted utolsó londoni napjaid fáradalmait.

Mi augusztus 14.-én hagyjuk el Angliát Dover-ből s az ezt megelőző két napot 12-t és 13-át szeretnők – kedves meghívástoknak megfelelően – nálatok falun tölteni. Amennyiben ennek nincsen akadálya, kérlek légy oly jó, írj csak egy sort nekünk (Llandinam c/o Lord Davies) címre. Itt aug 4.-én és 5.-én vagyunk, 6.-án reggel korán motorozunk tovább, ezért kérünk hírt sürgősen.
