You are not in perfect health and you do not really care. You are not tend to keep track of how many mars bars you have eaten a day or have you drunk enough water.

You are not a fan of jogging or going to the gym once or twice a week. And that’s the way of life which is lead by most people of our generation.

So our piece of advice is to try to put more time into your health. And this would help you not only to look better but to strengthen your natural healing system as well.

Maybe yes, maybe no, maybe I don’t know

You are not a fanatic enthusiast of a healthy lifestyle, but you enjoy looking after yourself. You cannot deny treating yourself with a big juicy burger, having a private evening with a bucket of ice cream or having a glass of wine. At the same time, you want to look as fit as a fiddle and that is why from time to time you make yourself to go to the gym or to eat a healthy salad in the evening to fill yourself with vitamins.

Health addict

Apparently, you are a person, who is a fan of a healthy lifestyle from head to toes. You follow a special diet, cook proper meals for yourself considering the amount of carbs and fats you have to consume a day. Your body is more or less in perfect shape as multiple gym sessions cannot go unnoticed. There is no chance you could be down with a flu or feather as your immune system is working perfectly. Drinking or smoking are not your favorite activities to opt for. You would better go cycling or camping with your friends instead. Well done and keep it up!
